We looked up gluten free. The place was closed for renovations. Why don't they show that on yelp. What a waste of our time.

Malia, the bartender, was fantastic. Food was pretty good. Don't go in with over the top expectations and you won't be disappointed!

Website says open 7:30 - 9. They don't actually open until 4 pm. Get upside had coupons for them that you can't use!

So - we often stay at the Westin for business trips in the area. One issue with the hotel, is that there is no restaurant/lunch service between roughly 2pm and 5pm - - although guests arriving for late afternoon meetings or evening events, often arrive around that hour - sometimes too early for an available room to check in - and a light sandwich or even just an appetizer and soda would be appreciated. The Courtside Grill is the best option - as it is just a short (covered) walk away and offers service all afternoon. A light lunch - or just salsa and chips and a soda -- you'll find something just right.

This time I got the blackened chicken wrap. It was very good. I don't usually get blackened style anything so I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was good. The flavor was almost too much so times, the pepper like flavor of the blackened chicken (I don't know how else to describe the flavor), but all in all it was very good. Also, our server was great. She had a great attitude and made us feel quite at home.

This was my first time there and I was told the burgers are great so that's what I ordered. I got the basic burger with cheese and waffle fries. It was great! I definitely want to go back as there are plenty of other things I want to try.

I work in the Concourse and went to the Courtside Grille with coworkers for lunch. I ordered the market salad and the chicken Asian satay. The market salad was mixed greens, chopped apples, sliced almonds, and gold and purple raisins. The salad had more toppings than greens which was a surprise to me because it's usually the opposite when eating a salad. I had the toasted sesame salad dressing which was sweet and a little thick; it worked well with the market salad. I would order the salad again. The chicken Asian satay was not a satay, it was grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce poured over it. The portion was served with a small salad with fresh ginger that was nicer than the chicken. I would not order the chicken version again. (You can order the satay with chicken, beef or tuna.) Service was good considering that there was only 1 server. She was run a big ragged but she stayed positive and the bartender helped out a lot. There was also another person who made sure that everyone had water and that plates were cleared. They showed teamwork and if any of them were exasperated, I couldn't tell, and that's a good thing. I think if you work at the Concourse, the Courtside Grille is a good change of pace from the cafeteria style places and they have half-priced drinks on Wednesdays!

Ive been coming here for many years now, and I must say, they have stepped up their food game. GIVE THIS PLACE A CHANCE especially during lunch time. I suggest call in your order ahead of time (about 10-15 minutes). Let's start with the good stuff: FOOD: Their food has gotten so much better as of late. I dont know if they hired a new chef/cook or just have a whole new set of spices and recipe, but everything I have gotten from this place so far has been fresh, delicious, and overall exceeded my expectations.. Salad, wings, burgers, spinach dip, wraps, philly cheesesteak ... i mean, all has been SUPER good! So, kudos to your kitchen people! ADULT DRINKS: Strong like the mighty hammer of Thor. And if you come in on Wednesdays during happy hour, they are half off. Thursdays are half off on beer. They also have happy hours on their food menu - but I forgot exactly what they are. Now, I cannot give it a full five stars due to below: AMBIANCE: PLEASE BREATHE LIFE AND DECOR in this place. 1) Fix the ceiling. Shame on you. 2) Flooring: Can we upgrade to a light colored hard wood flooring? This place needs some brightening up. 3) Lighting: I suggest to add a lot of lighting, and maybe some ceiling fans so that this place is not so stuffy 4) Chairs and tables: I mean, it's time for an upgrade, you guys. If we cant buy new, at least refurbish by painting the chairs white and reupholstered the cushions with black canvas cloth, then put white (or black) table cloth on your tables, add some decent looking salt/pepper shaker and sugar holder, then add a small vase with fresh flowers or even succulents in the middle - and VOILA - all a sudden, you got something as profesh as the people the works in and around the concourse. SERVICE: Hit or miss -it really depends on the time you come and "who is working there" - us regulars know what that means - Sometimes it's great, sometimes it's terrible, sometimes it's non existent. The male manager with glasses is very kind though. All in all, food has been upgraded, but the overall decor and ambiance still needs a lot of work. I can understand if management doesnt want to spend too much money on the upgrades, but with the amount of people who lunches in the concourse, youll get a pretty good return if they invest on their staff, the decor, and TELLING PEOPLE YOU EXIST. Go to Staples and order a few of those big banners to let them know youre here and that you got some awesome food. Again, food is great - just need a little more here and there. Check them out.

I absolutely love this place. Peyton is a great manager. The food is delicious. The drinks are great. I love all of the servers and staff. One of the beautiful servers that I call "Purple" I caught singing Prince's "Purple Rain". I loved it. They have an excellent patio that overlooks the pool. A good place to escape the world and enjoy the food that the chef cooks. I think his name is... Carl? I could be wrong. I will never lead you wrong to great food. Try it out.

We come here a lot on Fridays because we work in the building and Fridays are typically a little slower so we have extra time. I gave 2 stars because it seems there's been issues the two times I've been. The first time I ordered a prosecco and when they brought it the glass was filthy. I asked for another glass and was brought an equally disgusting glass with food dried up inside and finger prints and lipstick. The second time, I ordered a BLT. When it came out there was a long hair inside of the sand which. So nasty. The server didn't ask if I'd like to choose something else she just took the plate and brought back another BLT which I didn't eat because I'm almost positive it was the exact same one. Then she told me that the chef said the "hair actually came off of the pig" Ha. Ha. No discount was offered or given either. I'm sorry but if you're not going to offer me a different food option than the BLT with hair, I could at least get something taken off my bill. My coworkers were as grossed out as i was and we won't be back.

I work at The Concourse and I am also a member of The Concourse Athletic Club so this place is convenient for me. The service is hit or miss at lunchtime. Sometimes you get plenty of attention. Other times you are flagging down a member of the waitstaff for refills or your check. I have had everything from chili to hamburgers to salads here. The food is always above average, but the selection is limited. My recommendation would be a salad. The greens are always fresh and the salads are "well dressed" with things other than lettuce.

The food is here is GARBAGE. They benefit from the patronage at the Westin, and people employed nearby in the other concourse buildings, but I recommend going elsewhere. Nice waitstaff, but the food preparation needs major improvement.
