So disappointing! Party of 6 after 2.5 hours with literal wine in our glasses was asked to leave so they could turn the table. Never have I ever been asked to leave a dinning room. Especially after ordering full courses and dessert with multiple bottles of wine. Appalled!!!

RESTAURANT REVIEW ONLY- Great experience! The boyfriend and I visited during St. Patrick's day weekend without a reservation. Since we came as soon as their restaurant side opened, they were able to accommodate us. We were super excited!! Everytime we come to Savannah we make a point to stop and eat here. The biscuits are the absolute best things on earth and I cannot forget to mention the Keylime pie shots/martinis.I had the shecrab soup and shrimp & grits. Soup was flavorful and creamy (would've like more crab but that's okay). Shrimp & grits was a deep savory delicious filling plate. Boyfriend order their shrimp entree with risotto & greens. It comes with twelve huge shrimp. My boyfriend is a big guy and got to shrimp 10 & threw in the towel. Good prices, amazing service in a very historic building.Huge recommendation!!

Really enjoyed the ambiance of a historic building with great food.

Recently I stayed at the Habersham House (part of 17Hundred90) and it was perfect! Comfortable bed, quiet (even with other people in the building), BIG room, and super friendly staff! I love this place and can't wait to visit again. I also love the location and how easy it is to get around without a car.

This review is for the bar only. This is the Cheers of Savannah. Born and bred Savannahian locals sit at the bar alongside tourists and the fleeting ghost tour riders who come in and out. It is a very busy place at times but the bartenders Scott and Martha ensure everyone is cared for. The drinks are great. We are only in Savannah two months each year but this has become our neighborhood bar.

Food was outstanding, service was excellent even dining in the tavern, dining room very quaint and colonial, tavern is a great place to hang out.

Beef short rib and the crawfish soup of the day were both delicious. Pork chop was good but sauce a bit sweet for me. Limited choices for GF diners. Service was excellent as was ambiance, live piano was nice touch.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Such a nice little quaint dinner place, not overly crowded or busy. One of the best places we've been in Savannah. Will definitely be back.

Terrific intimate dinner. Must have is the escargot. Probably the best I've had. Lamb chops were excellent. Braised short ribs were incredibly flavorful but it was also incredibly fatty, taking away from its perfection. Waiter was really nice and professional, just not as attentive as he could have been. All in all an outstanding dinner putting the slight issues aside

Our experience at 1790 was absolutely amazing. I had the filet mignon cooked pittsburgh style. It was delicious, rare on the inside and charred on the outside. The pineapple cake was delicious and moist.

A somewhat unique venue in Savannah. We really enjoyed to food (escargot, lamb chops, boursin chicken) and the service was excellent. Very nice that there is a piano player providing live music.

Went for a nice dinner to celebrate my husband's 60th bd. Service was outstanding, food was excellent, building was historic and very cool. Started with a drink in the bar then moved to dining area. Total experience was outstanding

We have been there many times. We all had something different, and everything was delicious. Crab stew was outstanding. Yummy biscuits. My husband said to say that as an upscale restaurant, you should have real salt and pepper shakers.
