Terrible pizza, was cold when I got home, I do not live far either. Not much on it for the money, didn't taste very good. Cheese gridy, sauce sparce. Will not go back there, this was my first time, and my last time. Waste of money by far.

Terrible food and service. I ordered 1 14 inch cauliflower crust pizza and 1 10 inch pizza. The cauliflower pizza was like floppy mushy mess, it wasn’t crispy or even foldable. I got the Alfredo sauce and it definitely was old. I had to spit it out and almost threw up it tasted like curded cheese. Since I then had to make dinner for my family, I just asked for a refund of that pizza, it cost 50$ all together. The owner told me that I needed to bring the pizza back myself if I wanted my money back. I just threw 30$ out the window

We recently moved to Savannah and tried a few different pizza places before we tried Allyanna's. We don’t order anywhere else now! Everything we have tried has been fresh and tastes AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!
@ 11:45 am our staff picked up our lunch only to find that the pizza was overcooked ( the sauce baked out) and the salmon blt bread was soggy, lettuce was brown, there was no bacon and the salmon was OVERCOOKED AND DRY!The crab dip was COLD!We were highly disappointed and called to complain and a man answers the phone and As I am explaining what the problem is he cuts me off and states “ It sounds like I am going to be a while explaining the problem.” He then puts me on hold ( thinking he is getting a manager)and comes back on the phone to continue being RUDE and then hangs up in our face.RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HE SHOULD BE FIRED! FOOD IS HORRIBLE!

Ordered takeout Saturday night - sweet young man took my order over the phone. He couldn't hear me for a minute and the other line rang - he was totally professional. Food was great and portions of large. Our go-to for pizza plus pasta.
This place is usually good but today everything was not good. We order from our office often but we were not satisfied. We called to just give a suggestion or at least a warning that the food was not of their usual quality and we wanted them to know so maybe if they changed something like the salmon BLT that was just thrown together or maybe the dry chicken bacon ranch with the dry chicken and old tasting cheese, or maybe the meat lovers that we usually love and is great was not as tasty as other times. The person who answered was rude qnd cut off our co worker who called to complain. We work for a local hospital and will be spreading this negative feedback just as much as we did when we were recommending them. Such a disappointment when customer service (or the lack of) cause you to lose loyal customers.

Food was 100% above expectations. Thi little hole in the wall spots is so good! I just wish they had a bigger dining area to take it all it. It would totally elevate them. Oh well I'm still coming/ordering from here on a regular basis now.

I've had Allyanna's probably about 5 times now. When my family visits its a easy order to feed everybody. I've ordered online a few of those times and also called in. Never had any problems. Pizza was always great quality. I've never been the one to physically pick up the pizzas so idk how the inside is or how the service was. I can say this is better than any other take out pizza you could order. Always a treat. And the calazones are amazing as well!

I ordered Alyanas online 3 times in the past 2 months because of proximity to my home and all 3 times my order was wrong and the last time I ordered there was hair cooked into the cheese ! I've been met with rudeness and have been told I can go elsewhere when I had asked for the last pie to be refunded. The looks of the kitchen explains a lot when you go in to pick up. Extremely dirty.

Pizzas are average but bread was good. DO NOT order online. I ordered one pizza and they made two and a side. I was charged $43 with no receipt and no email. Didn’t even know I was charged until we went in and then they said they couldn’t change the charges and we had to take everything they charged me for. They also made a third pizza on a different bill and said that was mine too. I guess I should be happy they hadn’t already charged my card for that or I would have had THREE overpriced, average pizzas.
