Absolutely horrible service. We arrived around lunch time and there were only two other patrons. Took over 20 minutes for 3 drinks to be brought to the table (and they forgot to bring water as requested, we eventually just gave up reminding the server for this basic request). It was a relief when the food eventually arrived as the two women in the kitchen ceased glaring at us after having to approach the oft-absent waiter about the aforementioned drinks. Suffice it to say, if you have a lot of time to kill for decent food and absurdly neglectful service, go here I guess.

We tried to make reservations the night before for 12, and were told no more than 6. So I made one six, and my brother made another. When we arrived we asked if we could be sat next to each other and were told no. We followed up when we noticed there was an empty six top next to us, but my brother and his group were in the other side of the restaurant. They told me in no uncertain terms that they could not seat two six tops in one section. Period. Then five minutes later they seated a party of six next to us. Ridiculous. Service was poor, to boot.

The service staff are not attentive. Service is slow. Impossible to get a cup of coffee at breakfast. Why are they hiding the coffee? The wait to get a table is terrible long any time of day even while tables are open but have not been cleared. Staff is too busy chatting with each other. No urgency amount any of the staff. The place needs new management who has a focus on service. Peter Caldwell room 1026 4/4to 4/7 , 2024

As usual, it was a gorgeous spread, and there were standout dishes like the Coca-Cola braised short ribs with black-eyed peas relish and the chicken espagnole. But notably missing was smoked salmon! On a special occasion buffet at this price, it has always been included. And where was the ham for Easter? There was a fresh ham which they described as Coca-Cola basted ham, which was DRY, white, & tasteless. SMOKED ham is required at Easter, especially if there is no lamb!! They already were serving a pork loin dish - did somebody get confused?? Service was impeccable, just disappointed in those 2 mistakes.

Brunch buffet is back, but it has really taken a turn for the worse. Before covid they had and awesome brunch buffet. They now have a small one where the food is no where near as good. They have a menu you can order from as well, but it's of similar mediocre quality. I've been to many 2 star hotels that have better buffets. They also charge for parking instead of validating your ticket. It's really sad to see how bad this place has become. There are so many better places to get brunch and breakfast in Savannah

We ordered 3 breakfast buffet entries, and 75% of the selections were emptied. Most of the other items the food seemed cold. Service was not great - had to ask for coffee 3 times. It appeared there was not enough service and kitchen staff. Paid $75 for ok eggs.

I got the salmon dish and it was extremely salty overall. My husband's French fries weren't as salty as my salmon so that says something. Honestly though I never except much from hotel food no matter the hotel so it is what it is.

I made reservations through OpenTable, but still had to wait 10 - 15 minutes to be seated. When we ordered, they did not have one of the main dishes offered and it was only 7pm on a Sunday. Once our order was delivered to our table, the wait staff never returned to refill water or ask if we needed anything else other than to drop off the bill. I was very disappointed with the service and was embarrassed that I had suggested my co-worker and I go there for dinner.

Host was extremely rude. Waited nearly an hour for our food when the restaurant seemed only slightly busy. Drinks at our table went unfilled for 50 minutes. Staff seemed desperately ill-trained. Floor was very dirty. Food was pretty good - but we had to race through eating it after waiting so long, in order to make our next commitment. Such a disappointment and will not be back.

Food was okay. The peanut butter smoothie and coffee were good but that's it. Service was poor. Waited 10-15 min for my card to get picked up to pay, ended up leaving cash because I had to get to an event.

This was the second time we've eaten here. The scallops over butternut squash has to be the best I've ever eaten! They were cooked to perfection . The she crab soup was also delicious. Highly recommend the Aqua Star.

We had an outstanding experience, thanks to Renay!! We were very impressed with her service and she made my birthday dinner very memorable. She was very professional and courteous.

This was my first-time dining here. I can't wait to go back. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The food was excellent. I suggest everyone try the red snapper. It was juicy and flavorful.

For a Birthday Lunch last Saturday there was no on-site bartender-- it took 2 calls to our waiter to get glasses of wine -- we were almost finished our entrees when it finally arrived. Food was delicious and views were stellar so I would only recommend this restaurant with a mention of fair service.
