Broken card machine and said they can’t take $100 bill… what a joke

My daughter and I usually stop by Auntie Anne's for a cinnamon sugar pretzel when we visit Tanger Outlets or mall. The pretzels are usually warm, fresh, soft, and delicious. NOT THIS TIME! Not only was the pretzel barley warm, it was rock hard by the time I got home ( less than 10 minutes away). I'm beyond disappointed. The only plus is this hard pretzels will probably make my 6 year old daughter's bottom teeth come out and save me money on getting them pulled. Thanks!

my husband and i went there last weekend.we ordered a pretzel and lemonaid. when we picked them up the auntie annes' guy who was a white man and tied his hair spoke French to us. he spoke English to others' order. when he spoke French we do not understand what he spoke. we are Asian. we were embrassed but he spoke French continuously to us and while giving ordered food. he spoke French until we got out there. it seems like belittle us, we felt very bad about his attitude. why did he speak French to us? is it racism?!+ i find out him..below this review. his name is Keagan. why did you speak French to us if you see this review. you knew we did not say anything and feel embrassed.

I ordered the pretzels bits and was very disappointed. They were stale and not freshly baked. They tasted like they were sitting out all day.Parking: Plenty of parking

The older lady had a very nasty attitude upon entry, while eating the mini hot dogs I was about to pass one to my son and noticed a short piece of hair on it maybe a inch and a half long. I threw up instantly I'm very

This store is busy today, and the staff is cranking through the line. Everyone was working together to make a positive guest experience. Pretzels were hot, fresh and delicious. Service was quick and people were friendly.

$11+ for a pretzel (bread) with dipping sauce and a soft drink?!? Not at all worth it.
