Reviews for the last few years are still accurate. Still never have pretzels and were “out” when I went up even though there were some sitting right under the hot lamp. Why have this store here at all?!

The staff are eating in front of customers. They tell everyone after they order that we are out of that item and won't expect refunds. They say they don't make lemonade drinks even if it's on the menu big as life. Why are they even operating here. RUDE!!!

I went there on numerous occasions and there are no products available ever! Staff is always unavailable and unprofessional. They never have anything ready and ALWAYS RUDE! Never going back…..

Beware of the AuntieAnnies at the Savannah airport!!!! Service was awful! I didn't buy any food, because they said they didn't have any more.

Staff had product to sell, but said they had to shut down to make more. 15 minutes later, and now a long line forming, the woman said it would be another 15-20 minutes until the whole case was full. The young mom with her patient 2 year old that was waiting at the front finally gave up and left. When asked if they couldn't sell what they had available the woman than said "I could, but I won't." I understand the staff may not like their jobs, but don't take it out of customers.

All of the reviews from 4 years ago are still accurate.... they literally never have any pretzels. The best was watching one of the staff members eat a pretzel bite Infront of all the customers while they told everyone they had none left and "might start making more in 15min"......... Just close this location at this point

No food ready when I walked up, had to wait 25 mins. Employees were not friendly and didn't say that you. Have s nice day sounded like it was forced to say. Pretzels didn't taste like they were fresh, even though we had to wait fir then, and they were cold! How do you make fresh Pretzels they are still cold??

Disappointed! The pretzel was hard on the edges and soggy in the middle. There was a taste of perfume as it was handled by someone with a heavy fragrance on! I did not take a bite until I exited the airport and could not take it back to them!
