This location used to prepare fantastic sandwiches.... now under new ownership. The sandwiches are terrible meat cut paper thin. I tried calling to make a pick up order and no one ever answered the phone. They were fully staffed when I arrived.?

Back in town for the holidays. Ordered the daily special which is the hot Italian. But my sandwich was not hot even though it’s suppose to be grilled! The restaurant was very dark and gloomy, needs new management.Got home to eat my sandwich and the bread is not as fresh as baldinos usually is. Baldinos has always been a staple that’s known for good sandwiches, sad to see the quality go down hill

If I could give negative stars I would. Stopped here for lunch with my work crew, was in the hospital 4 hours later. That was Wednesday, it is now Saturday, I was just discharged from the hospital yesterday because I quit vomiting uncontrollably. So beyond the food poisoning, I ordered an “American Army” and they gave me an “Italian Battalion” which at the time I thought may have been a simple mistake, now I’m curious if someone just took my health into their own hands as a joke, they will be hearing from my lawyer in the near future. People can’t afford to miss an entire week of work and almost die because you can’t do the bare minimum to not give people food poisoning.Dietary restrictions: Make sure the meat isn’t expired.

No clean tables. Had to clean one myself. Noone called out our order number so we didn't know it was ready. Bread was overbaked and stale. Very slim on the toppings. No vinegar and oil even though we asked for it. We won't be back here. I do not recommend this location.

Didn’t even bother ordering. I’ve never seen a more depressing example of a deli in my entire life. Absolutely dated, dirty and sad. The menu is literally flashing as it is malfunctioning with large sections missing. No prices visible. One teenager working behind the counter. The display counter had a couple products inside and was definitely looking desperate as 4 cookies sit for who knows how long. I’ve owned restaurants and grew up with my parents owning a deli. My best advice: close the doors now. It’s inevitable.

Visited this store and get what I always get... a #24. It comes with double meat and cheese, making the sandwich cost almost $15. Once home, realize it wasn't made with double anything. Tried to call. No answer. Go back to ask for the double meat and cheese to be put on the sandwich and was told by staff I needed to pay for it. I said I already did, please give me what I paid for. I was then told that management told them to make it that way and charge people for double meat even though that is how that sandwich is supposed to be made. Staff then started to yell at me for asking for what I had already paid for. Worst employees and even worse management. Do not spend your money at this Baldinos.

Closed over an hour early on a Saturday night.... Not sure if the hours are wrong or if the people working are just lazy . But it seems super early to be closing . Wasting my damn time. I won't be back.
Word of advice.. work on customer service!! I assume I/we arrived about 30 minutes before closing.. we wanted the sandwich warmed and with bacon...(Be rudely stated, " naw, I have already turned the grill off." We were willing to take the sandwich anyway, until i told him I ordered a half not a whole...and he said well... Absolutely not! Unacceptable.. please give these young adults some customer training...Very Disappointed

The place was dirty with a sticky floor and table tops. The sandwiches were tasteless and very sloppy to eat. Bread was horrible. One type of cheese, no selection. Ended up throwing out half my sandwich.

This location always seem to close earlier than expected. When I grabbed my child from school two days in a row, we decided come here one day at 7:30 the next day 6:45/6:50 and both times they were already closed (with an 8:00) closing time. It never use to be like this with the old staff but now there's a young lady in there that has no desire to work. And I was highly disappointed. Please fix it

This store is definitely lacking. I love Baldinos. I go to all the stores. This is by far the worst. Food was ok, the service was very slow. The store needs new management and a serious update.
