I like the server. Even though she's busy, she serves customers fairly.

I think we were there during an off time for the bartender. She was not very friendly, food was okay.

The minute you walk in here, the smell of delicious cooked meat hits you, and you know it's going to be good. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and the price was right. The she-crab soup was thick and flavorful. The blackbean cakes were one of the best meat alternatives I've had anywhere. The lamb chops were tender, cooked to order, and absolutely amazing. You can tell the chefs care about what they are doing from the taste to the presentation.Located directly on River Street, the service was prompt and professional. The atmosphere here is authentic to the area, and brick walls and wood beams pay homage to the past.Vegetarian options: Very limited options, but they were very good and worth the sacrifice if you have friends/family who are eating meat.Wheelchair accessibility: I'm not handicapped but I wouldn't want to navigate this area with a major disability.

Peach barbecue bacon wrapped shrimp were excellent. Trout special was delicious and spinach salad amazing. Old fashioned drink was watered down and $16 -not worth it but everything else was wonderful and delicious. View of river and ambience inside the restaurant were very nice.

This was a fun surprise. The ambiance, food quality , menu choices, service and cocktails were first rate. There was live piano music the night we visited with an easy listening playlist we enjoyed. We plan to include 17hundred90 on our annual Savannah visit dinner rotation.

The stairway that leads up to this restaurant entrance is TREACHEROUS ! Very easy to take a bad fall !! No handrail !! Our table was ok, but the young child behind my wife was out of control. Food ok...I give it a 5 out of 10. Very good servers. Overpriced, but everything in Savannah is overpriced !!

Stopped in for delicious soup (I had she crab, hubby had ham/pea) and cocktails. Pleasant bartender from MD offered local sight seeing tips. After bartender erred on first cocktail (made Tanqueray gin, not Titos vodka) when bartender asked about seconds my hubby (Bombay Sapphire gin guy) offered to take the Tangueray (so bartender didn't have to dump it) we were charged full price.

The food here is very good. We started with the lettuce salad and Caesar salad followed by the trout special with sauted squash and the salmon with bbq peach sauce and cheddar grits. My favorite part of the meal was the grits. They were cheesy, but not over the top with cheese. My only two complaints would be the salad only had a couple of small tomatoes with the lettuce and the salmon was a little overcooked. The noise level was high and service was a little slow.

There was a hostess standing outside, I don’t know if they’re there to greet or taking a break. But if they’re there to greet, I didn’t get any greetings. On the other hand, the waiter was absolutely generous, kind and he knows the menu. She crab soup was too thick to my liking, I don’t know if it’s the same as other places. But flavor is rich and you can taste the crab and some chunks of it too. The oyster Rockefeller was served warmed to my liking but there was too much cheese on top. It took the flavor of oysters away. It tasted a little better with lime juices on it. The fried fish sandwich was also served warmed to my liking along with crispy fries. The fish was golden brown and crispy on the outside and still juicy inside. I love the sauce that went along with it. The beef bacon burger was absolutely delicious with the moist beef patty and crispy bacon along with the delicious sauce.

This place was amazing!!! The Food. Service. Atmosphere. I can't say enough. It was by far one of the best restaurants I've been to. Definitely try the crab cake.
