We were pleased to find savory cookies, everything cheddar.I wound up getting salted caramel cookies and maple wafers since they didn't have pecan praline wafers. The pecan wafers are seasonal.

I've only been twice but each time, the staff was excellent. I visited right before closing on Friday March 1, the young woman that helped us was such a pleasure to be around. She knew exactly where to point and what to say for gluten free options, including that she had just cleaned the tongs for testers.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

I really like the large assortment of really great tasting cookies at Byrd’s. I went to the Waters St location yesterday and was assisted by Teresa who was very friendly, positive and helpful. You go for the treats but the customer service experience is a huge plus as well and ensures that you keep coming back for more!

A great local place to visit when you have a sweet tooth, but I really enjoy the view at night when I'm in the neighborhood. I work in the service industry, so I notice good craftsmanship, and their building off of Waters Avenue looks amazing. The paint and the exterior look really impressive.

Big building with not much in it. Typical souvenir stuff: t-shirts, coffee cups, ect.Lot of tins, wood boxes, for you to purchase and put the cookies in. Cookies are good but not so good that I would go back. At least 10 flavors, but cookies are very small and pricey. About an inch or so across and $9 for an 8 oz bag. I was hoping to find an assortment bag or be able to fill your own bag(pay by weight) so that you could have every flavor, but you can only purchase flavors individually. However, they do offer free samples of all flavors.
