I ordered delivery two weeks ago thru checkers website. The order was being delivered thru door dash my order was $35. When it was delivered it was a $9 order and the receipt said Uber eats. I can't call them because there phone is cut off. I have called corporate 3 times trying to get my money back and they keep saying that the store has to do the refund. I'll let my bank handle it from here. Without customers you don't have a business. Customer service should be your top priority. The food sure as hell isn't going to get people coming back so maybe you should find a different angle.

Surprisingly good this time. Burger was fresh and tightly wrapped, not messy. But, this being Checkers it could easily be terrible next visit. That's fast food for you. Soda was awful tasting and tasted like the bag was running out of syrup. Threw it out.
waited 35 minutes for cold soggy food that probably took 5 minutes to put together or was already sitting here here for hours!

Talk about rude. We were the only car there and the guy taking our order acted like we were bothering him just by being there. Considering it was lunch time and they had no other customers you'd think they'd be a little more friendly that anyone chose to help fund their paycheck. I haven't had checkers since I moved north and was excited for my kids to try what was my favorite burger place when I was younger. To bad the experience was more than tasteless.
