Happened today. Ordered grilled chicken nuggets and gave me the grill. No sauce in our bag at all after the lady asked me for it when I was paying. I had to come back and asked for it. The woman that was on the register has an attitude and the worst was that she had my receipt and changes put in the counter instead of handling it to me. I had my money handled in her hands when I was paying. Customer service was awful!

Tom, the manger on duty, was very polite and conscientious. The service was both fast and efficient. I highly suggest their lemonade, though their new Fall Favored shake left a little to be desired. Will definitely be back. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

Chick-fil-a is always a good stop. This location however does not have that Fil-A vibe. Don't be in a rush in the drive thru.Drive thru is tight, and it restricts the limited parking in the already small parking lot. Weird!!!!No one outside taking orders. They do however serve on both sides of the building. Larger vehicles should definitely use the right side.Like I said, this restaurant chain is always a good stop, this one is use a facility that is not set up for you quick in and out trip.

This was a disappointing Chick-fil-A. The experience was best someday up by my son when he said "its like they are pretending to be a Chick-fil-A. The service was slow. This location only has drive thru, and they couldn't pull it off. When we sat at the window for almost 10 minutes, we saw into the kitchen. The chocolate sauce dispenser was broken so they pulled it out to let sauce drip from it. The trash can was overflowing. The peanut oil needs to be changed because the nuggets and filets were very dark. The employees and management were not cheery and forced smiles. All in all, I do not recommend this location. A first in my years of doing reviews.

This is the most disgusting experience I've ever had. There was a strange rat turd looking thing in my spicy chicken sandwich. (See pics) The fries were cooked in old oil and the manager didn't even apologize. She did refund the price if the meal. NEVER going back there again.

This location is usually exceptional but I presume due to the current work climate it has been hard to get workers. The cashier was nice but not as upbeat as the usual personnel at these locations. Products were overcooked and not up to the usual standards. The price was lower than usual because I always order the same thing, which was good.
I always love visiting Chick fil A stores. The food is always great and the team members are always very friendly and helpful. This is the first Cfa that I have visited that is drive through only.

I bought my daughter food while we were at the mall. The cashier was real quiet and it seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else which was displayed in her attitude. She got her food and went to eat it and the fries were cold so she did what anyone else would do and took them back. The manager (white lady with a bun) was rude about it and said I'll do it this time but next time I'm not going to. Just thought that was unprofessional but anyways, Everyone else was very nice and they looked busy.

It may be unique to my order but waiting times from order to pickup have also increased since it re-opened, significantly, and shows no sign of ever going back down to what it was before . Food is warm still when I get home at least.Parking: I sincerely hate the drive thru system. It doesn't seem to have alleviated any of the 'backed up into the intersection' traffic which usually persists at this location at peak hours. The drive thru lanes they have are narrow in the corners if you have a full sized pickup, be careful.
