The last 2 times I've been, you can't get any service. I had to leave after 15 min of waiting and one time I was told the bar was closed at 5:30pm.

Sat down at the bar and waited 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then after 5 more minutes I left. This was at 4:40 pm and the bar had no one else sitting there just at the tables around it.

Ava was such an amazing server and had the best personality and even better service! Probably the best I’ve ever had! I am so glad we decided to spend our 21st anniversary at chili’s. Ava recommended the mozzarella sticks and they were to die for! We ended our night with a cookie skillet and warm full belly’s! Thanks for the best service and anniversary we have ever had!Vegetarian options: Mac and cheese was delicious;)

Stopped in for dinner. The food was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive, and checked on us frequently. Typical of most Chili’s. We would certainly return to this location.
We arrived at 3:30 - Tuesday, 4/2. After a long wait and a note on the front of the hostess podium that said wait to be seated by the bartender, they said it would be at least a 25 minute wait. We assumed nobody showed up to work so we found another place to eat.

I came here a fews days ago; and I got my order wrong twice. I asked for water but they kept bringing me sprite. I didn't even get any napkins so I had to ask to get some; when there is no napkin holder. And also, some the workers don't seem to really care about their customers. The food was good once my order was correct, but I still wouldn't recommend coming to this Chili's location.

I visited Chili's on a Friday afternoon with my son and the experience was horrible. We was presented with plastic ware instead of silverware. I got my beverage midway through my meal.

So my boss decided to buy us dinner tonight and I just wanted a 6oz rare sirloin, avacado and pico. What I got was an absolute disgrace. I can’t actually believe someone would box this and send it to someone who just paid for food. It’s disgraceful. I’ve noticed this place has gone way downhill the last few years. Whoever boxed this and expects someone to eat it for $15.99 should be ashamed of themselves. And it will come back to you.
