Remember those Chef Boyardee pizzas that you could get in a box next to the Hamburger Helper, yeah, imagine paying $20-$30 for that. What's worse is that at almost $12 the salad bar is more expensive than our local Ruby Tuesdays and is very limited in variety. I guess the only thing that matters is that the kids seemed to enjoy themselves, though I can't help feeling sorry for good ole Chuck.

Chuck E Cheese cost an arm and a leg these days! Such as life with the up rising cost… But for the money you would think the mouse would make an appearance like back in the day, for the birthday kid but nope, everything is on video. But at the end of the day, my daughter had lots and lots of fun, so it was worth it.

It's hard to believe that I gave them 1 star a year ago. I've been back twice in the last month and am extremely impressed.Most of the games work now, the ability to pay by time makes for a much fun experience, and the food is always cooked perfectly. I especially love the fully loaded salad bar. Also, the workers are professional and helpful. Thank you all. Your hard work is evident!Vegetarian options: There's a large salad bar, and I believe they serve fries as well.

Management team sucks, pizza crust came out hard normally the pizza is the BEST on the menu but today while I was at my kid event it was horrible the male manager didn’t know what to do to help with the situation so we had to just eat hard pizza other than that my kids did enjoy themselves an had a great time more than likely I’ll probably won’t return back or maybe order pizza without paying more attention to see if the pizza crust is over baked but oh well, on a good note the teenagers that work they are so nice an good with customers service maybe one of them should become a manager to make sure their customers get the best experience ESPECIALLY WITH THE PIZZA for the kids!!!

Need to give more instruction to the kids hosting the parties. They seemed to only have a general idea of what to do. Also should make sure the little birthday kids get more tickets to pick out better gifts than finger toys.
My husband and I came here for our nephew's birthday and had almost as much fun playing the games as he did! The updates from when I was a kid were disappointing as the nostalgia and half-working mechanical band were some of the best parts, but it makes more sense to be playing Kidz Bop music videos and videos of the Chuck E. Cheese gang instead. A lot fewer mechanical issues, I'm sure. Also, if you are with someone, just get one unlimited play card for however long you want, because you can both play games at the same time if you wait like, 15 seconds in between swipes.

Chuck. E cheese Savannah is ok, and I say ok because some games were broken. With the volume they get, I believe the place should be running 100 %. I can't complain about the food, because it caters to young kids. I can say that the staff makes this place. I saw everyone working and doing their best. Positive attitude and big smiles some had were welcoming. There was fair spacing, but it did get crowded at some point.

The service was not good seem like more of the employees were playing the games more than trying to help people that were needing help with the machines and trying to figure out which machine didn't work. They were no help at all.
