So disappointed in this store. I was Treated unfairly and i would Not recommended this location to ANYONE!When I got in line there were two people in front of me. The first person purchased the last Cinnabon. The next person asked the person behind the counter how long the wait was and was told 8 minutes. She asked to pre purchase and walk around while she waited. This was allowed. I approached the cashier (who was aware of the previous transaction) and asked for the same thing—i was “no we cannot pre sale”. Even though i just Saw someone do this. I was going to settle for the 4 bon bites (the only thing available) and was told $7! Unbelievable. I left disappointed and angry about the situation. It was clear the cashier, at least, had no cares for her job or any sense of customer service.Based on other reviews it looks like this is right in line with typical Oglethorpe CinnabonIf the staff doesn’t like or want their job they jahould just get a different job.ZERO STARS!!!

I asked for a cup of pretzel bites and got a pretzel, not a huge deal but enough to annoy me when I'm paying 10 bucks for the wrong item. The middle aged man with a lip piercing definitely had a bad attitude. The guy working behind the counter was really nice though.

When you spend $12.00 on a Cinnabon and a drink you would at least expect a fork to eat with, NOPE NOT HAPPENING! They are attitude deal with it.

Just literally walked out of this cinnabon after the manager refused to sell a 4 pack of cinnabons but stated they could only sell them individually due to them not having boxes. There were literally boxes in their display case and stacked beside their drink machine. She gave me the number for their corporate office and refused to give her name.

Y'all have the rudest employee I have ever seen.

Listen y'all I knew when I walked up and saw the black woman's face in the back trying to ice the Cinnabons that all hope was lost. She was rude for no reason. The Cinnabons that were out there were old and half iced you could tell by how they looked that they should've been pulled. Fortunately there were 5 pans in the back, she didn't want to get a new one, "I guess I can but these are fresh" sir.... I mean ma'am there is nothing fresh about these and you know it. So she finally goes to the back and literally looks at all of the Cinnabons for at least 60 seconds before she grabs the driest one and proceeds back to the counter (eyes rolling and all).Whatever, I ordered extra icing on the side. She picked up and boxed our Cinnabons with so much attitude and on each Cinnabon pieces were still in the pan. Our boxes had icing coming down the side and they were all bent up inside the bag.The Cinnabons didn't even taste the same, she literally had no love or life inside of her and it showed. This Cinnabons is connected to Annie's Pretzel (the best of both worlds) I was like a kid in a candy store in the line just to be disappointed!!

Unfortunately, I foresee this location closing AGAIN. I went there and the Cinnabon’s have no icing on them. They are asking for $7 plus on a Cinnabon and then expect you you spend $1.25 for extra icing because they aren’t putting any icing on them. When I asked for them to put icing on the Cinnabon, Cheyenne, the girl working the register just rudely walked away. And the the manager came up and said she doesn’t eat Cinnabon’s so she doesn’t care how much icing is on them. She looked like she didn’t care. Very nasty and unprofessional which I guess isn’t required in a good establishment. But, this is sad because people in Savannah like this treat… I was so happy to see that the line was very short today, only 2 people ahead of me… Huh, now I know why… Cinnabon, send some white workers back to this location before the blacks run us away… And yes, I’m black!

Just tried to buy 6 cinnamon rolls. They wanted me to buy the ones already packaged but they looked old and the girl at the register said they was from yesterday. So she went to ask the manager if I could buy 6 fresh ones and was told no.

After waiting for 15 minutes as promised for a 6 pack of Cinnabon Classic Rolls, I was informed they weren't selling 6 packs today. I stated that I had been waiting for them and was told that I could. I was told "my bad, I didn't know we weren't seeking any 6 packs today". This was handled inappropriately without an apology. I will not be returning.

They open n closed Cinnabon when they feel like it ! I’m mad because in waited in the line for like 33 mins because I was getting my necklace cleaned at pandora and when I got to the front she said they were closed but annies open

Waited 20 mins in line for them to try and give me two burnt Cinnabons. Once I waited for more, they barely had frosting on them and of course, a side of frosting was extra.
