The BEST Ice Cream in HT….

It was the first place I saw for ice cream for the kids but saw they had lots of other things to offer. T-shirts, bags, other souvenirs. Customer Service was amazing. A bit pricy but great customer service speaks volumes.

This is the cutest gift shop/ ice cream store ever! They have so many unique trinkets and curiosities to look at ( plus a lot of Savannah souvenir items to peruse) and their ice cream is so tasty as well. I've only been to the River St. location since location in the City Market was closed at the time that we went. I will definitely be going back with my daughter soon!

In the hiring and employee pandemic, we found nestled in the end of the row, the cinnamon bear country store. Last stop for goodies and sweets. The nice older gentleman served us up a healthy scoop of chocolate chip cookie dough in a waffle cone, sold us one dinosaur toy, and gave some great dinner review material. Off to let our sweets settle, then off to review his review! Make sure you stop by!

We are giving them five stars for their ice cream. We got ice cream from the location on the far East end of River Street. We ordered the coconut, vanilla and Java chip. They were all really creamy and flavorful! They were also cheaper than other places in the area! So good!!! Much better than the Savannah Candy Kitchen. We DO NOT recommend their ice cream or gelato. We tried both and they were not very good.

I worked for Mike and Lynne Snaid from 2016-2017. I looked at them like family. In Sept 2019 I went to them for help. Lynne turned her back on me. Mark Wade banned me from the store for coming to get a copy of my driver's license and birth certificate. Diane who was my friend cared nothing about me. I loved these people like they were family- Tory, Savannah, Sadie, Julia, Harvey..for almost a year they were my heart . It saddens me that their owners treat homeless people better than they did one of their employees. I remember working double shifts here to pay my bills and take care of my dying cat, coming in every day falling apart and having Julia bring me a coffee, or listening to Savannah talk about her boyfriend, and talking to Diane about her grand baby to be. Their staff holds a special place in my heart. Their owners I can't ever forget turned me away when I thought they were amazing people. Mike, if you read this you still are a piece of Cinnamon Bear that Lynne and Mark didn't ruin. I'm sorry you hated me so much you too ashamed to speak to me and let Mark do it for you. I never believed you would never want me to come to you when I had an emergency . I never thought you would tell Mark to tell me I could never come into the store I loved.

Tory from the store came to my aide when my 2 dogs collapsed from the heat. He helped me get my dogs in the store and helped cool them off with water and a fan. He helped me save them. He let us stay in the store until my husband got there. I'm so grateful to him for what he did. I can never thank him enough. They are now safe and feeling better. After they were better we came back to get icecream and it was great!!AGAIN TORY I CAN NEVER TY ENOUGH

I don't care at all how good the ice cream is if you have a store that allows everyone in with NO MASKS on, NO STANDING BEHIND THE LINES THEY HAVE, AND EVERYONE IS TOUCHING THE SPRINKLE JAR! Are you kidding me? In this day and age you can't abide by some simple rules and social distance? I owned an ice cream store, so I know all about this kind of store, but if they can't even ACT like they care about preventing the spread of COVID, then what are they NOT doing behind the scenes to keep clean. I wouldn't go back here if it was the only place to get ice cream in the country.
