It's a spring morning and you wish for a leisurely breakfast and people watching in the park. Collins Quarter delivers this experience along with tasty plates and friendly service. I will definitely return when I'm in town again.

The crab cake eggs Benedict were so good! I liked the hash browns a lot too…they reminded me of McDonald’s without all the grease! I enjoyed my mocha as well.

Such an amazing experience dining at the Collin’s Quarter! I sat outdoor and it was great to just enjoy the park scene.Crab Cake Benny was delicious, crispy big crab cakes sandwiched by flaky biscuit on the bottom and runny poached egg on top, this might be one of the best I’ve had.Chicken & Waffles is a must get! The chicken is slightly dry, but the hot syrup adds moisture and heat to it. The Belgium waffle has the perfect consistency with bits of pearl sugar that you can crunch through.Taro latte is the perfect sweetness, has a mild taro taste that compliments the aromatic coffee flavor.Definitely a place I would revisit!

We both had the Fish & Chips. Don't recommend. Mine was just OK, my wife's was overcooked. The chips were NOT what was expected. Shoestring cut fries are not chips. Very disappointed.

Sit outside, order a Bloody Mary or a Vietnamese coffee. The spicy chicken sandwich, shrimp and grits and chicken and waffles were all wonderful— certainly worth a thirty minute wait to be seated. The need to call falafels Israeli is both asinine and factually incorrect.

We had the French toast and shrimp and grits. The food was average and not worth the hype. It looked better than it tasted. The service and atmosphere were amazing!

Wow! Great service really makes a huge difference. I hope the owners of Collin’s Quarter read this review and give Mr. Eli a raise. He was exceptional! I have literally never had a waiter be so well versed on the food, drinks, and establishment. He was very professional& kind. Truly remarkable service! The food was also great!

A shame that even though you are a local who comes often. Staff shows preference for their friends to be seated. The girl in front of me cut the line and was sited right away. Meanwhile the rest of us have to wait in line and wait to be sited up to an hour. Very disappointed.
