Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through for a chai latte that wasn’t even half way to full in the cup. The female at the window seemed sad or depressed to be working there. I didn’t want to burden her with my complaint. I really wish people would take more pride, and what they do… Especially in the Customer Service industry…

This location sucks, every week there is different staff and my coffee is hit or miss. I had to sit in line for 20mins just for my stuff to be wrong. This morning my coffee taste like it was fighting for its life to taste good.

the employees making the coffee dont seem to know how. there was a red head boy that made my drink one time and it was so bad i had to get my money back. he wouldnt mix anything and from the looks of it he just poured whatever he wanted into the cup. they also take a long time to get your order or get it out to you. ive never been able to pop in for a quick 10 minutes and grab a coffee due to the poor service. they dont welcome you inside. they never seem happy to help. the manager cerena is the only person there who knows what shes doing and doesnt have an attitude about it. she is the only person there i will let touch my drinks. its sad to know my favorite coffee place isnt all good in the area i just moved too.

This place always takes a long time to get your order out but the staff is usually really nice. I have never had the same server so i think the turn over is the reason for the slow pace. 4/5 times my order is perfect though and my drink is great. Love that they have turkey sausage!

I used to come here often to get iced coffee and lattes and never had many issues but as of lately, I’ve been greeted with horrible hospitality and my drinks have been made incorrectly. Specifically the issue seems to be a young woman that works there with red hair. She made a drink hot when I politely asked (she rung me up) for it to be iced. I proceeded to let her know, politely of course, that I asked for it to be iced. She then rolled her eyes and very nastily remade my drink. Another encounter I had with her was over another latte and it tasted like nothing but a hint of syrup and milk. She made it seem like I didn’t know what a latte was and even if I didn’t, the color of the drink wasn’t its normal shade. However, I am a certified barista and the way she handled that situation would’ve gotten her written up at any other job. I hope you guys can make accommodations to train employees properly because the service here is getting ridiculous.

The main reason we went in today was because I was craving a chocolate iced donut, mind you we weren't in around 3:15 pm so I knew it was a long shot. Nonetheless, they still had about ten filled donuts and cake donuts left. I asked for the remainder of the filled and two of the cake to finish a dozen off. Now....in our area there are two Dunkin restaurants and just like the other store, we received filled donuts that were either not filled at all or had less than a teaspoon of filling. For the price it simply wasn't worth it. I'm disappointed at best and will not be returning since this isn't the only location we have had this issue with.
Slowest DD ever. Priority was given to Uber and drive thru over walk-in.

I just got done with ordering a latte which tastes good but an older guy named Mark was rude and disrespectful towards me. I walk in with no greeting and he was just unprofessional saying I have to let him know I’m here because they could not hear me come in. Really? If you are an employee the proper thing is to greet a customer when they walk in.

After placing a mobile order it took 20 plus minutes to receive our order and each individual customer that was in the line took them 3 to 4 minutes to be able to speak to someone on the receiver and so after a very long week we finally received our food with no apology or sincerity just giving her food and left.
