I went to get a Club on a Sub; which includes turkey. I was informed they were out of turkey. Which is crazy to me because, most of their subs come with turkey on it. Then, I attempted to redeem a free as well as purchase two subs. I was then informed they weren’t able to help another customer redeem their rewards earlier today. I will provided my phone number and even pulled up the QR code on the Firehouse app. The cashier was completely clueless as to how to get the reward to apply. I only went to the restaurant expecting to spend a certain amount of money. So I wasn’t all that happy not getting turkey as well as not being about to use my reward. Also, not one apology was given! Other customers just walked out due to the no turkey. After getting my subs; one sub was missing ingredients. 5 minutes after leaving; I had to return due to them not putting my soup in the bag.

Ordered through the app for pickup, arrived and was told my they could not make the order. I asked for a refund and was told I needed to do that through the app. Tried through the app and was told I needed to contact the store. I’ve called multiple times with zero help. The staff at this location sucks and stole my money.

Clearly poorly managed location. No drink tops, no napkins, no tea at all. Bathrooms and everything else was just dirty. Love Firehouse but will never visit this location again.

Went today to get a couple subs and I can't believe the poor service and lack of supplies here. First greeting was, "We don't have no turkey". So looking at menu, asked for NY steamer, and again told don't have corned beef. Then wanted the chicken sub and guess what, don't have. Then wanted tea, which hadn't even been set up to have any. As far as service went, they could have cared less. This is a Friday, how are you out of so much before the weekend even starts? Won't be back.

This is the worst run store I’ve ever been in. They are out of everything, the store looks awful and run down, boxes and trash everywhere and the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. And when I came in to get 3 sandwiches, there were only 2 people ahead of me and took 25 mins. Ridiculous!! Definitely needs management (apparently she’s on maternity leave, so I guess the store is running itself!)

My husband and I really like Firehouse subs and order them frequently. But this location has persistent and ongoing problems with staff. They all seem to be under-trained, unmotivated and poorly managed. Today I tried to order a sandwich on the app, to reduce the amount of time it would take, because I had my dog with me in the car and couldn't leave him for long, since it was a warm day. Despite many attempts, I couldn't get the order to go thru on the app, so decided to go in and see if the staff could help. (The problem was that the order wouldn't complete using the reward points I had accumulated.) I stood at the register waiting to be acknowledged while two staff members ignored me in favor of joking with each other. I finally got one's attention, told them the problem I was having, and asked if they could help. They immediately said, "No, we don't know anything about that--you'd have to talk to our manager and she's not here right now." Again, b/c I was in a hurry, I said I'd give up on trying to use my reward this time and just order at the register, and started to give my order. The girl at the register just stood there, and I finally said, "Are you going to put this in the computer?" She reluctantly agreed and I paid for it (which should have been free.) I then took the time to use the restroom and go out to my car to check on my dog to make sure he wasn't overheating. When I came back in and started watching the staff behind the counter, I realized they were still just horsing around and not preparing anyone's food. (Now there were two other people waiting besides myself.) I went up and inquired about my order, only to get a blank look from the guy who was supposed to be making my sandwich. Apparently the paper had run out in the computer, so no orders were actually being printed out! Thru all this, the staff seemed to care less about the people waiting for their food. At this point I had had about enough and went up and suggested that they needed to be working more and talking less. The young man then finally prepared my one sandwich. (One of the other people waiting ended up just canceling their order.) The food ended up being fine, but the experience was terrible, and will definitely make me think twice before using this Firehouse location again.

I have been to this location 3 times. We went today and in general I would not call it a functioning restaurant. There were 4 people running the place. The three making sandwiches were mostly talking and one of them was on their cell phone for the duration of my stay, while making food. The drink machine was out of all syrups and the drinks were disgusting. The sandwiches were not great and tasted “old” (the only way I can put the taste). Sadly I will probably just stay away for a while.

To the owner, please shut this location down or bring in a completely new staff that honestly wants to do a decent job. My sub came missing cheese, wasn’t toasted and just sloppily made. The employees at this location aren’t capable of handling a job because they just don’t care, why give them a pay check to do the worst job possible?

The restaurant is disgusting and seems to be poorly managed. I would never sit down and eat in the store, every surface is filthy. My sub had a hair in it - did not even ask for another sub because it took forever and was gross. The restaurant was also filled with smoke?? Love firehouse but this place is grotesque. I will never go back to this location.

This place is disgusting! Manager just sitting on her phone in the dining room while everything around her is a mess!!! Tables all gross, pop dispensary is dirty and disgusting.No kind hospitality, no skills at all in customer service of any of the staff including the manager who sat on phone most of the time.Floors are filthy! profanity and laughs fill the staff side of the place. This place is a joke

They stopped taking our order to listen to a story their coworkers was telling. There were 8 workers behind the counter and it took them 20 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. There was no one else in line waiting for food.

DO NOT GO HERE! The employees are extremely rude. The manager does not care. The behavior of the staff is inappropriate and absolutely unacceptable. A customer in front is us was asking about a garlic bread special, and the employee said to the customer “I don’t know what the f&”@ is so hard to understand.” We asked to speak to the manager, and her behavior was just as bad. We will never go here again, and we will spread the word about how terrible the staff is. The whole situation at this location is embarrasing and frustrating. Do not eat here. Oh also, the order was wrong. They do not care and seem to be actively pushing customers away.

I’m not a fan of firehouse sub. I tried them twice and it wasn’t for me. The bread is hard and it lacks flavor. The customer service and atmosphere was great though.
