I've ordered before and the sub was delicious but I been trying to uber tonight and 3 times the shop on Abercorn canceled it. I've only had the hook and ladder so I can only recommend that one so far. I also cannot rate the atmosphere as I haven't had time to visit this shop. I have made a scheduled order I hope it doesn't get canceled too.Update: That order was also canceled.

One of the better firehouses. The employees are always nice, condiments and napkins are always stocked and I never have to wait long for my sub. I always prefer to go to this firehouse.

Oh wow. When I walked in, I noticed 3 associates there. They did not greet me, smile, make eye contact, or acknowledge me in any way. I stood there for about a minute, waiting to be acknowledged. They were talking amongst themselves and did not have any desires to engage with the customers.Finally, I had to acknowledge them for assistance.What a big disappointment. I guess I went to the wrong place. Next time, I’ll just try the other restaurants next door.
Place looks like its closed with the hope of no one coming inside. All staff members are hiding behind the counter, so you cant see them just in passing. Open light isnt on, lights in dining room arent on. Location is open for 2 more hours.

I have never walked into a Firehouse Subs and experience such poor quality in food and service. No one greeted me. No one acknowledged me. Instead, the two young ladies gossiped about unrelated work matters. I’m not from here so upon walking in I literally had to search for where to grab my online order. Once I found it, no one bothered to tell me they ran out of the chips I ordered. As I went to get my drink, they continued to gossip. I walked out. No goodbye or nothing. This is truly unlike any other Firehouse Subs I visited. What’s worse? I got to my car and looked at my sandwich anxiously because I knew there was a possibility it was made poorly. And it was. I didn’t even finish it. Management, please do your due diligence and train these teenagers appropriately. Don’t just find a body to occupy the store and do the bare minimum—because that is what I experienced today, the bare minimum.
The lady that took my order and made the sub was nice. My order was NOT made right though. I ordered a spicy cajun chicken sub (large). First thing that comes out of her mouth is we don't have anymore lettuce. I said that stinks but I'll get it anyway. Only thing i asked was her to go light on the Jalapenos and put extra, NOT DOUBLE, chicken on it. Well, i didn't get light jalapeños i got more than normal, and i got double chicken, no tomatoes, no onions, no green peppers and no lettuce (i knew about the lettuce though). I'll NEVER go back to this Firehouse subs. The inside of the store where people sit wasn't the cleanest either.

The food is always good always clean inside as-well as nice employees. But for a little bit the hours were weird and kind of annoying but i believe they have it fixed. Great location!

Closed at 530pm on a Saturday with no explanation. Has been closed the last two times I’ve been when they should’ve been open.

As I walked up to the entrance door of FirehOuse on Victory Dr., I passed two employees in uniform smoking cigarettes 10 feet from the door. After I stood at the counter for 1-2 minutes, alone in the dining area, someone appeared from the kitchen and said, "Hold on." Another minute later, another person walked up from the kitchen and walked by me with bags of food and out the door. I was alone again for another 1-2 minutes when the first person that told me to "hold on" reappeared, and seemed very agitated. Her attempt to hide her sour attitude was terrible. "What do you want? Chips and drink? Cash or card?" was about all she was able to muster up. about the time I was finished paying one of the employees who was smoking outside, walked in, and started preparing my food without washing their hands or putting on gloves. oh, and there was the half cigarette they didn't finish sticking out from under their Firehouse Subs hat. Very classy! A while later I got my food and walked out the door and on my way to my car, I tossed my food in a trash can. The only thing nastier than their attitudes and sanitation practices was the restaurant itself. The floor were covered in litter, the coke machine had dried, sticky soda all over the screen and ice handle. I'll never go back. Ever.
