Spent 50 dollars for two burgers regular fries and two milk shake just for one burger had cheese and we didn’t ask for cheese and our milkshake was gooey and we waited for 45 mins just for the burger to get fixed even though they weren’t crowded not only that the woman’s bathroom was out of order so we suppose to just go to the men’s

We recently ate here as I normal go to was closed. The service was good and the food good enough, although for the prices it should have been excellent. The inside of this place was dirty and looked like no one had cleaned the tables or swept the floor in several days. We had to wipe off a table to sit at to even eat.

The store was clean and well-maintained. We ordered a large fry to share, and the fries were not typical of Five Guys quality— they tasted old and were too hard. They were hot like they were fresh, but did not taste fresh.The freestyle Coke machine was also not working properly. I tried to Coke Zero as well as the Diet Dr. Pepper and both just tasted like bad soda water. The staff did provide me a refund for my drink.

Old soggy fries, wrong order, and burgers that are mediocre at best. Probably the worst burger joint experience I've had, and at hefty prices. You'd be better off spending less money at any other burger place.
