Our family loves Flying Monk but yesterday it disappointed my husband and I. I was there yesterday. I let my friend try Flying Monk for the first time. She ordered Singapore Noodles & Edamame dumplings which didn’t disappoint her. I ordered Pad Thai which was good since the 1st time I’ve tried it few months ago and Chinese Broccoli. I also bought Chicken & Rice and Edamame dumplings for my husband (for take out). What disappointed me is the ton of garlic in the Chinese Broccoli that over powered the natural flavors of the veggie. Next time, please don’t do that, we’re not vampires! LOL! My husband also smelled something like “strong chemical smell” from the food when I handed him his lunch yesterday after his meeting. The red geisha drink was great and refreshing. We had a courteous and attentive server yesterday that made the experience overall good.

This is by far one of our most fav restaurants around Savannah, we have pretty much tried everything ok the menu and it's all awesome! They are also very adjusting to your specific needs be it gluten free, vegan and vegetarian there's something for everyone here, highly recommended is the pho, edamame dumplings, the fried rice, spicy lemongrass.its a must try if you are in Savannah and love Asian food!

This restaurant is pleasant to walk in. Was greeting by servers immediately.Ordered a dumpling noodle and Japanese ramen. This is the first time I have Japanese ramen noodles with wonton noodle soup base. That is NOT ramen. The supposedly shrimp and chicken dumpling was 90% veggie with 1 tiny dry shrimp and maybe 1 tiny or zero chicken inside. The soup base for 2 different region noodle are basically exactly the same.As an Asian, this is no way even close to Asian or Asian fusion restaurant. Go to Flock to the Wok instead of you want some decent Asian food.

Space is a bit tight and getting seated is a challenge if you don’t call ahead, which isn’t suggested on their website. Food is quite good, Southeast Asian with Filipino flavor. Was able to get in the first time but unlucky the second time. For Savannah, it’s pretty good Asian food so will definitely go back when we’re there next time but will call ahead.

Cozy place, amazing food.Get the Pho, House Fried Rice or the Drunken Noodles. But you pretty much can't go wrong with anything.Vegetarian options: A lot of the menu can be substituted to make vegan.

Delicious fresh food, And quick. I had the spicy cold lemongrass with shrimp- Extra sauce comes on the side. I watched as they cranked out the orders -All bowls are huge. Highly recommend !!

Good but limited selection of Asian dishes, all three of which exceeded expectations for the price point. The wonton soup was hot and satisfying, the Thai basil chicken was delicious, and the ramen bowl was hearty and filling. Altogether it really hit the spot. The service was quick and accommodating. My wife, who is Chinese, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The atmosphere is extremely casual and matches the food and prices precisely. I would call this place a culinary overachiever. Highly recommended if you're sick of all the Irish pubs all over town or just want a satisfying budget meal.
