The food was overall good but you can't call yourself an Italian restaurant if you make the Carbonara with American bacon and (God Help us) with peas? I wouldn't dare to try it. Also on your desert list no Tiramisu. If I am in the mood for Italian food I will try different restaurants.

Nice atmosphere and better food. My wife had steak and I had veal parmagane. LIKED the experience, not LOVED. Nothing in specific and my rating reflects fairly.

Beautiful restaurant! My friends and I arrived to Garibaldi's for a retirement celebration for one of our friends. We had a table in upstairs. We can tell it was a busy night and we had an amazing waitress. She was attentive, sweet and funny. She was very helpful in giving us recommendations of the dinner specials and desserts. Good was fantastic and will be coming back to try the duck!

Great experience every time! Service is always top notch and I have never had a complaint about my food. The only thing I will say is that the drinks are hit and miss. Still, it’s nothing that will stop me from going back. My absolute favorite is the praline basket. That thang is amazing! Fresh basket, fresh fruit and delicious cinnamon ice cream! Sign me up over and over!!??

Fish was overcooked and dry. More than one dish we ordered was and these were the specials for the night. Took more than an hour for our entrees to arrive, and we were some of the first people sat for the evening to eat.

Jordyn, our server was awesome. Mahi was the special on the day, and it was Special! The Gumbo and absolutely best oysters in Savannah kicked it off. Kudos to the chef and the bartender ? ??! Garibaldi's is a must! I'll be back! Wanted to take a picture, but put my fork in my hand first!!!

Our waiter, Arnold provided an excellent service, delivery and a no pressure demeanor. Which allowed us to enjoy our time eating as we shared in conversation with our family. The food was excellent!

Great experience in this restaurant, food was super tasty, service was a little slow but it was friendly. I highly recommend this place, it’s very underrated and it’s good for date nights or any occasion. I work in the hotel industry and I always give this choice for our guests and they come back very happy. I’m very excited to be back and try other dishes.

The food was delicious. Greens and Pear Salad was not something I would normally order but we finished every morsel. The Steak Diane melted in your mouth and the Bolognese Sauce on the lasagna was just right! This was our first time eating at The Garibaldi and it won't be the last!

This was a fantastic meal from the time we walked in the door until we left two hours later. The service was impeccable. Food was delicious. Never rushed. Atmosphere was very nice, a little loud as everyone tries to talk above the noise so it just gets worse. Very pleasant meal. I will definitely return to Garibaldi's.

The service and food were excellent. We always have a great meal at Garibaldi. We have only one suggestion, My wife has a garlic allergy and the restaurant was able to do a special sauce to address her issue. However, it took a long time to get our meals. The waiter indicated that the special sauce required additional time to prepare. It would have bee nice that the customer be informed that the special preparation would take longer rather then us not knowing why our meal was being delayed. When asked the waiter he told us the reason for the delay. If we would have know we would not have done anything different but would not have been frustrated by the delay. The restaurant did comp us the deserts which was appreciated. We will return for future meals at this location.

The restaurant was nice and atmosphere was good. The food not so much. Ordered veal and is was ok but not great. Very tart and green beans not cooked enough to eat. Cocktails served quickly and perfect...however we waited FOREVER for entree and had to ask for it. I would say service NOT good. Overrated in our opinion . Will not go there again even after great recommendations from others.

I had the Mahi Mahi, wife had the Salmon. We shared the mussels. All of it was cooked way too long. Mahi was chewy like a steak and the salmon was as dry as shoe leather. To be fair, the other two in the party ordered chicken and pasta carbonara. Both of those dishes were cook properly. For the price we paid at a high end seafood restaurant, I expected so much more.

If you want seafood look elsewhere. The shrimp cocktail was not fresh. Obviously it had been kept in the refrigerator for a long time before serving. The color was pale and lifeless. The mahi mahi was very overcooked. Dry and tasteless. The crispy flounder was cooked right but ruined with an extremely sweet sauce topping. The sweet sauce should be optional and/or other sauces offered like sour mango which is common.

Big portion of fairly good lasagna, good cocktail, reasonable prices for a tourist-local hybrid place. Great service at the bar, in a dark, classy room. Felt mature, comfy solid. Overall, we enjoyed it, and let's face it, Savanah is a bit of an Italian red sauce desert, so it's nice to have it.
