We were going to head back out and pick up our Crab Rangoon....Then exactly 7 minutes later we get a call back from there with a man arguing claiming "it was put in the bag and they see on camera where they put it in the bag". (If this was "on camera" for one, we would have our Crab Rangoon, and secondly, they wouldn't have had to ask what our order number was since they would've known). As someone with almost 20 years in the food industry and as a restaurant manager myself, I'm baffled at the attitude and response from this male employee who called back. After spending $66 and having missing food you're going to argue about a $5.39 order of Crab Rangoon that I was charged for yet didn't receive? Long time customers who spend $55+ each time and can't compensate for food that we were missing. They may have gotten a free $5.39 out of us, however, have lost loyal customers due to their response. Guarantee it will cost them a lot more in the long run!

WTF are yall serving?!?! Been going to this place for more than 2 years now because I felt like the serving amount was fair for the price, food tasted like fresh food and people were cool, its been about 2 months since the last time i ordered with yall, now i see why its probably my last time, (good while it lasted). The last three times, I was disappointed when ordered, but I just guessed it was just those days. Naw, just like most restaurants, they are bieng cheap or have employees that don't care.before yall severed whole wings, then yall decided to snap the wings and claim its 2 parts, cool... now, it's like yall serving baby fucking chicks wings and legs these shits all together is worth 2.5 wings, not even. fyi it should be 6 wings right?? Cuz thats what it says on your drive thru board. Then i see other peoples review and im just like wth and where are you eating? Cuz obviously it isnt the same spot. White rice plain was alright, but not even salt in the rice or even butter tastes like the pot if anything. Does a customer really have to come at a certain time of day to feel like they weren't screwed over?!?!

Food is always excellent ... Our favorite place for Chinese food ..they make the BEST lo mein ... Love the pepper steak with vegetable lo mein, and their General Tso chicken and egg rolls , my son likes their sesame chicken, beef and broccoli, orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken...The man who takes your order at the drive thru is always friendly and makes me laugh. He makes my day when we go there and he is working. To us , it is the BEST Chinese food in savannah !!
