My recent experience at this location was absolutely horrible. Our server wasn't attentive and apparently listening wasn't important to him at all. We had to ask for water and silverware. I am visibly pregnant and requested a non alcoholic drink. I repeated multiple times as well as the person dining with me. Even when the server came back to ask again what drink I reiterated that I needed the drink virgin with no alcohol. When my bill came I noticed it wasn't noted on the receipt and there is usual about $1 discount because there's no alcohol but this time it wasn't. When I asked about it I was told I didn't request for no alcohol and that the drink did have it!! Even my partner stated I did. After I asked to speak to the manager all of a sudden he came back saying it wasn't made with alcohol and my bill would be adjusted. When the manager came she asked him what the issue was and he responded to her in Spanish and she just went along with what he said about it being made without the Alcohol. I do not believe that this was the truth nor was this handled correctly at all!! Horrible customer service!!

The waiting staff is completely fine and they’re very accommodating and they were nice and friendly to us. Food however is a big issue, they give out extremely small portion sizes, like for the guacamole it was served in a bowl tinier than the salsa bowl and the caldo tlalpeño was extremely watered down and lukewarm (the other Jalepeño location was better with its caldo). The ceviche was also in an extremely tiny serving size as well. The only thing I would say is good was the chorizo and egg burrito and the service. The music they were playing was pretty nice too. Nothing against any of the serving or waiters just the food.

Hair in my cheese dip. Once the hair was found the server never came back to our table except to drop our food off. Worst place I've tried in Savannah so far. The food isn't great either.

Worst fajita I've ever had dry, rice had no taste. I see why the locals have said to stay way from here.

The food was reasonably priced. It was very annoying when they played loud music and sang happy birthday to a few patrons.

My husband and I stopped in today for lunch and were very underwhelmed. Our table wasn't entirely clean when we were seated, and later I realized the wall next to me had food smears as well. Our server was nice, but the food was just ok. My chile rellenos had no batter and the plate was a mess. My strawberry margarita had the strawberry part frozen around the edge of the glass so in order to get strawberry I had to scrape it off with the straw. My husband said his was OK as well, but nothing he'd go out of his way to eat again.

I visit this location frequently to the point the staff knows almost my entire order. On one occasion the waiter raised the tip on the receipt after I left and I found out when it posted to my account. Another time we were seated on the opposite side and had a new waitress we hadn’t previously met. She acted like we were an inconvenience and couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Even having a snappy attitude. Today was the last straw, we were attempting to watch the game on the tv when a male was standing in my line of sight. We politely asked the waiter passing by to ask him to move. He pointed to us and said “they want you to move” which made the customer this man was speaking to raise his voice and yell at myself and my boyfriend. Like we were children and not paying customers that spend well over $200 a weekend here. Come to find out he was friends with the waitress who previously couldn’t care less about doing her job & someone I presume is the owner because he was using the controllers to change the tv. This created a very tense environment and at no point did we receive a genuine apology after the entire restaurant looked at us like the troublemakers. The food is always good when they get the order right and there is one waiter who is awesome. I don’t remember his name. But 3 strikes and I’m out, I will not be spending my money here.

Ok let me be clear im not big on eating mexican food but this is a go to....we call it the cheap mexican food place....i love the chips that come out hot and the salasa, they have a hotter option too. The skinny margarita was delicious and my shredded chicken yummmm.....we go and we go back again and again...because well its so worth it lol

The food is delicious, and the service is so-so. It all depends on who your server is, and how busy it is. For the rest it's a nice place to go. Also if it's your birthday they will sing you happy birthday as a group.Parking: They have a little parking lot in the front, and they have a bigger gravel parking lot on the side of the building.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, and they used to give out a color page with some crayons ?️. I'm not sure if they still do, or if it's certain locations.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair accessible walkway into the restaurant if you are handycap
