Definitely the worst jamaican experience I've had ever. Rasta pasta was trash jerk chicken was very dry and no sauce. Noodles was just cheese noodles over pasta with parsley sprinkled no flavor smh.

You'll need to go to Jamaica to eat this traditional style cooking. We had the jerk chicken, plantain and bean rice. Perfection! You can call ahead and order what you want ahead of time. It is absolutely the best Jamaican food I've ever had in the United States. Highly recommend Tom

Recently moved here and I love this place! Excellentl customer service. I tried the oxtails and they were very good and an excellent portion, I felt like I was in Jamaica. I'm from Miami and I love that It gave me that authentic Jamaican feel! Will definitely be coming back!

I was visiting Savannah for a work trip and wanted to try Jamaican cuisine near the area. I chose Jamaica Taste since it had dine-in seating, and it already received some positive reviews online. We were greeted when we walked in, and the man who serviced us was very nice. I ordered the curry goat (which I was told all of their meat is shipped directly from Jamaica) along with all the sides and it was delicious! Even the extra sauce on the rice was a nice touch. The Rasta pasta was just ok because the jerk chicken breast needed more sauce. I also tried the mac & cheese, beef patty, and tropical juices which were all 5/5. The restaurant itself does need some upgrades, like maybe air conditioning or repair the ceilings, but the overall experience was great.

You really get what you deserve here. From the flavors, to the presentation, to the customer service, down to the desserts, they NAIL it ! It’s the red velvet cake for me!! It is to die for!! The rice and peas, plantain and veg was great however the jerk chicken I got, wasn’t what I’m use to, it was more stew based and that’s not authentic jerk chicken. I know my food.
I ordered the Large j*** turkey wing in the pictures the food look delicious! The portions was a lot but my j*** wing was too peppery I couldn't enjoy it. The marcaroni was too peppery I didn't enjoy it the cabbage and carrots was delicious. I paid 29.00 for my food to be delivered. And the peas and rice wasn't good.you are overly seasoning your food. This is the second time I bought food and I wasted my money the wings were tough and they had hair on them. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating there.

The ppl were nice but the food was not good at all. The collard greens were nasty no taste with too many stems in them, the yellow rice was just yellow that's it no taste just like white rice. The mac and cheese was just okay but barely had taste either. Not worth the money spent

Five stars for years, been going here since 2020 and they never disappoint. Once got a veg meal and they let me know there was turkey in one of their sides, love them. Worth the wait, everything is always amazing

I ordered/paid ahead, came ten minutes late and still had a twenty five minute wait for my food with no explanation. Once I got it, the oxtails were more fat than meat, the Mac and cheese was good, the bread was dry, and the plantains were mushy. I also got a piece of upside down pineapple cake that was soo dry and honestly tasted old. Maybe it was just a fluke but I didn’t enjoy my experience there today.
