The employees are always sweet. However, don't ever ask thier manager a question. I get we all have bad days. I let her yelling and disrespecting me slide twice. One of those times she was yelling so bad her spit landed on me. But this is the third time I asked thier manager a ?, in the last 2 years I been going there. I just wanted to know why they advertise things and then sometimes the day of the event it gets changed. Normally, I brush it off and just go ahead in pay the full price but this day I really didn't have it. I hadn't gotten paid yet, from the new job I started. So I was asking her to honor it. I wasn't rude or disrespectful. I just explained how I thought it was unfair and my situation. She started yelling at me how she doesn't care and that's my problem. Her company doesn't have to cater to me and they have a right to change things as they see fit at anytime. She starts laughing at me and tells her employee to deal with me, she's done. This lady clearly is a ticking bomb. She's a prime example that mental illness is real.

While everyone knows yes its one of the best ice treats in Savannah. The owner is a handful and I can see why they can't keep employees. She'll flip a story in a minute to keep the lines long. With her loud and nerve wrecking self.

The place is great the ice cream is great but the service was not so great we walked in to an empty store. The person on shift showed up pretty fast so no complaints from me but they're attitude was not pleasant to deal with. They seemed mad or irritated and occasionally rolled their eyes at me it was my first visit here and they didn't leave a good impression of the place to me and my party. We will come again when hopefully they aren't there. I get That noone wants to work but a little smile wouldn't hurt.

I have never written a review in my life but the service here is incredible. I came in with a couple friends close to when they were closing. Debra helped me so much and was so friendly. We ended up taking for about 15 minutes and it was the most pleasant experience I had all day.

We ordered some carry out quarts today. I called the store to order ahead because I had questions about an allergy. Braxton was very helpful, and I got everything I need for a family get together. When we got to the store everything was ready as promised. Braxton really went above and beyond. My family is super excited for 6 quarts of Jeremiah’s. Thank you so much!

This was my first time here. This place is neat and interesting! These two were very tasty! Unfortunately, they only had one girl working on this day. She was busy,l considering it is a Wednesday at 1:30 pm. However, she handled it very well. Her customer service was great! The establishment was clean and festive for the holidays!

A fine dessert place with a broad variety of flavors and toppings. Do yourself a favor and just get one of the "everything" sundae sort of things. The brain freeze you will get is totally worth it.
