I always enjoy my #13 on rosemary parm. If you don't ask for "an unreasonable amount of chopped pepper relish", you're no friend of mine! The place is only held back by the quick dining design. The atmosphere feels congested, especially with the long lines of people who love the sandwiches. As someone who almost always gets their sandwich to go, this doesn't bother me at all. I'll gladly wait in line for my "unreasonable amount of chopped pepper relish".

Worst Jersey Mike's experience ever. Placed an online order so we could eat dinner on our way out of town. There was barely anything on the bread. Definitely not typical amount of meat, cheese, and almost no lettuce on one and actually none on the other. JM subs are known for the copious amounts of lettuce to hold the juice and spices. Do yourself a favor and go to the 12 oaks publix and get a sandwich over this JM location.

If I could give no stars I would. This is my 3rd time ordering ahead and my order is never ready when I get there. I order ahead because I know there is a lunch rush. But waiting 20-30 minutes for the preparation of my order that was ordered ahead is outrageous.

My wife is allergic to gluten and this sub shop has gluten free bread. They changed their gloves and made the sub on paper off the line. Truly appreciated the dedicated and the team. Great job, will return often!

Jersey Mike's is the place to go for a great sub sandwich. I love the fresh baked bread. I mean, who doesn't? You can choose between white and wheat. They also have gluten free for an extra charge.Their sandwich meat is sliced fresh right in front of you. There are so many options to choose from. Cold and hot options for sandwiches too. Many toppings to choose from for your sandwich or salad if you prefer one. I'm a fan of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, banana peppers, spices, light mayo, vinegar & mustard. The service is great. I'm always greeted when I enter. And whomever is working behind the counter is polite. They always try to work as quickly as possible.There are bar tops and regular tables with chairs to sit on inside. The ambiance is casual and easy going. Go to Jersey Mike's and try and sub combo!
