I have never eaten as delicious as there and the service is excellent, the workers, mainly the manager, are very welcoming and attentive. I loved that place. I recommend it to everyone.

I was having a Dine in with my fiancé, and we order food as soon as we got there, they had us waiting for 50min for our food, apparently they chef “lost our order” I was fine with it, but when we got the food we got the things we didnt asked for, it wasn’t cooked well neither. Thank to Katrina’s staff for ruined our date. Joel, I forgot the basboy name, he was attentive and cordial with us. btw the place was not busy. I regret going there. And I also pay for my food even though we didn’t ate.

We were in town for a cheer competition and the hotel suggested Katrinas. We liked it so much that we ate there two times!! We were a party of 9 and everyone loved it. The owner/employees were very friendly and the food was awesome!

Stopped in for a quick bite early afternoon. It was quiet, we could talk! The chicken fiesta nachos were fabulous, and we enjoyed the free chips and spicy salsa as well.

I have been a customer off and on for well over a year and have always enjoyed the food and service. My recent lunch experience was somewhat of a disappointment in that the restaurant will now charge customers for a second soft drink or tea if they have more than two glasses! To put this simply, you have a tea, then a refill, and don't dare ask for a third glass unless you are willing to pay full price for another drink again. I spoke to the manager and he said that the restaurant had recently changed their policy and was in the process of having new menus prepared to mention the additional charge and added that the additional cost was to help with rent and other business expenses. I can't help but wonder if there are any other "price increases" on their menu which one wouldn't find out about until they receive their bill/check? I don't mean to sound cheap but isn't this a little extreme? The additional tea cost isn't going to make me or break me and I can't help but think the restaurant doesn't have to throw away left over tea at the end of their business day. I certainly wish the restaurant the very best however I will not be returning due to the incident as well as there are additional Mexican restaurants fairly close by that I can dine with.
