Food was very expensive. I don’t mind paying for food if the quality is good but they give you tacos with store bought tortillas. I would of love a bigger piece of nopal. Salsa’s were not flavorful.

Don’t order a guacamole! They put about a teaspoon of avacado and about 90 percent of it was jalapeno tomato and onion. The food was just ok. Service was horrible. They tried to charge me for an order that was not mine. Beware and look at your receipt.

Very unique Mexican Restaurant. It is a very casual vibe. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. We had to use our phones as we didn’t know many of the food offerings. They had Mexican soda. The parking is easy and they have outside tables. The bakery was very tempting but we resisted. We will be back again.

A small Spanish-speaking Latin restaurant that sells bakery bites too! Place to serve or take spicy prepared food and prices between $10 -30 depending on the soup, main course or dessert that is ordered a little expensive for the portion or garnish that they give, they also charge in cash and card with prices that charge you typical service !! And they don't give you a receipt or invoice! Actually I didn't like the seasoning, it was very spicy and not very pleasant to the palate. The owner is not happy to serve you.I will not visit it again It is located on main street near Walmart on Monthery Cross road near the Truman P. Highway intersectionParking: Improve attention! And not forcing you to charge tip on the total invoice! Worse if they don't give a receipt! No proof of payment

I had been on the search of a good panaderia that serves traditional spanish sweet bread and finally found this place. This is a family owned buisness and been running La Canasta Taqueria y Panaderia for 13yrs. Glad I finally found a good place! The owner let me know when to stop by for their freshly made batch of sweet bread they stock on certain days. Their sweet bread is delicious.Parking: A medium sized free parking lot is located in front of the buisness. During lunch, there may be a high volume of customers, takes up some of the parking.
Recommended dishes: Torta De Barbacoa, Al Pastor, Carnitas Tacos
