Drive-thru employee played drive-thru tag with me. Restaurant didn’t have our mobile order drinks ready. They ended up giving us the wrong coffees. For the price McDonald’s charges these days it’s not worth the disappointment.

It was St. Patrick's Day, and I fed my shift breakfast since they couldn't enjoy the festivities.
Ridiculous wait time. I ordered my food at 11:13 am and didn’t get my food 11:40 something. When my food came out to be my fries wasn’t in the bag. I had to tell the person that my fries were missing. He went inside to get my fry and came back out I sure of what size fry. It was three guys walking around doing nothing. People were leaving, ordering and driving off. No one was at the first window to take the money. Horrible.

They missed most of our order we ordered 2 big Mac’s 2 cheeseburgers 10 piece nugget 2 mcchickens and five fries and we only got two Big Macs ONE cheeseburger NO ten piece nuggets two mcchickens and only FOUR

Terrible they made me pull foward when I got to the second window to pick up my food along with 5 other cars already pulled up . I had to be to work so I expected my food to be ready at the second window for no longer than 2 mins. I’m pretty sure there is a better way to get customers fresh and hot food in a fast timely matter so that we can continue on about our day . This is So not cool need a better system because what I just witness SUCKS !! And everyone was upset I gave 2 stars for atleast EFFORT and coming to work and for always for the lady at the drive window taking orders being nice

Burnt fries. They reheat old cold fries in old grease to make them hot again. The foid is nasty with long wait time. I go to the next nearbuy city when I want good McDonalds food. Stay clear of this location.

Food was OK but order was wrong. Ordered Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffin. Got Sausage McMuffin and Sausage Biscuit. Wife had to go inside and reorder Egg McMuffin. She tried to pay but they didn't have change for a $20 bill. She had to come back outside to get $4, then go back inside to pay. Nice, friendly people, they just need some leadership and organization.
