If I could give no stars would be better. Could not get my order right, after saying 3 times ordering my food and once and the pay window. After checking my food told the guy at window it wasn't right, how I ordered it he leaves with my food and comes and say" this is how you ordered it" explaining to him, the manager comes over and gives me attitude and says the same thing. WILL NOT GO BACK.

I was told it would be awhile to make an iced coffee that I ordered on the app because they are short staffed and then had the nerve to have an attitude. Shut the app down for that location. Get some tips from Chic fil A!

Fast friendly service, clean, got breakfast to go for 3. The only snag I had was a hot cup of water with cream , instead of coffee. But they did straighten it out, and was kind.
This location has a reduced dining room and a few self ordering kiosks. You are able to order from a live person if you prefer. The restaurant was clean. The food good but wasn't very hot. Wasn't a long wait at all for my food. The woman who took my order was friendly. The outside grounds. Appeared to be in good condition and there wasn't trash on the ground.Parking: There are plenty of spots to park in.Wheelchair accessibility: There are marked locations for handicapped parking.

Caught food poisoning in exchange from this location for my 11pm dinner as of 1-11-12. Never again you young people out here doing the most in Savannah. Please be mindful of how you handle the food at whatever time of day or night it is. You could seriously claim a life by being so negligent. Change the narrative and make the effort to keep food safe for consumption in 2024. If the infection does not clear soon I will be sure to follow up with the manager.

Absolutely no contact between the associates and the customers when dining in. You can only order through a kiosk and then pick up your order after it is dropped off at a window. Horrible customer service. Drive through is available and might be a better experience. Will not return to this establishment.
