I'd rate it 0 star if I could.The drive thru lanes are not first come first serve. They hold me off for more than 20 minutes to take orders from 2 cars behind on a busy morning, and they had a huge order. And they never came back to me after that I just left.

Horrible customer service. Staff/management is rude and lies to their customers. After reading the other reviews, how is this location still open?3/25/24 We gave this location another chance... never again. My original rating of 1 star still stands. If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered through Doordash and an entire Happy Meal was left out of our bag. Luckily I got a credit, but I wouldn't order from this place if it was the last standing restaurant in Savannah!

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers & and fries, and neither was hot, not even warm, no napkins, window slammed couldn't even ask for condiments, customer service is left to be desired. Fast food does not live up to its name here.

My sandwich was hot and fresh. They were out of most common sodas, Dr Pepper and most Coke products. I went to order an ice cream cone after lunch and their menu shows no ice cream, "sold out". Sad to be out of so many menu items and drinks.

Mr. jadin was very helpful this morning. He was extra nice and really brighted my day. I hope his hand is okay because my coffee did spill on him.
Slowest McDonald’s in all of Savannah. Waited over 30 minutes for two single cheeseburgers. Service terrible. Go to the next McDonald’s 5 minutes down the road to save yourself 30 minutes.

Employees don't greet customers. The lobby wasn't clean when I came inside. Also, I watched several cars get pulled up to wait for food. How can a restaurant actually know their drive-thru efficiency if cars are forced to pull up off of the timer? These problems don't occur all of the time, but they do 75% of the time.
