my boyfriend and I have a routine mexican restaurant we go to quite often, however one night we wanted to try a new place that's a little closer to us so that we could have a quick bite and go home. I won't say I was completely disappointed because the food was fantastic. It was fresh and we were a big fan of the salsa & queso! unfortunately, our service was oddly slow. I'm not normally picky, and try to give the benefit of the doubt, especially considering I have been a server before. It took 15-20 minutes to even get our waters on the table which was a bad start in general. our food did come our relatively quickly but our waitress wasn't very attentive and only checked on us once. I don't even think our drinks were refilled. with that being said, i'm definitely willing to give it another try because I love mexican food & really want to try their guacamole. Hoping it was just a "that night" type of thing & not a service issue consistently!

The servers here act like they couldn't care less about you. I asked the girl that brought us our salsa to please bring a second small bowl because there was three of us sharing just one and she walked away and never came back. The male server we had was not friendly and only checked on us one time during our entire meal. The food was only okay and the prices were high. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that I feel as though I am actually welcomed.

Food is always delicious! Staff provides excellent service! The strawberry margaritas are the best around. Ambiance feels like you stepped into a Latin town. If you're looking for tasty food and drinks this is the spot!

Everything was good. From what I've heard, my experience was a bit better. The attentiveness lacked though. I give 4 stars because it's not as authentic as one would expect. If you know, you know. But for the most part it was good.
My wife and I go there for lunch maybe once every several weeks. It's awesome. The food is great, comparable to any other Hispanic restaurant. The staff is friendly and efficient. The chef does a good job. We've never been disappointed.

This is the second time I visit restaurant with my family. Live in Florida. First time really enjoyed food and service. This time we arrived an hour before place closed. A short blonde lady sat us with an unwelcome attitude. We were hungry so we stayed. Then my husband requested a spicier salsa than the one we were eating. We were charged for it without being aware when we paid bill. A small dish of salsa cost $3.99. Never have we ever paid extra for any salsas at other Mexican restaurants. Ate Birria tacos and they were Ok. They were not crispy and as good as the ones I had at another restaurant. Not sure if I want to visit place again.

This was my third visit. My first visit about 7 months ago was delicious. The food this time was just as salty as the second. Take-out this time. I thought maybe that second time was just a fluke, but no.

Came in to pick up Togo order. Said in all caps NO ICE. Kindly told them and they went back and strained the ice out. Did NOT fill my cups up. -order was 2 horchatas and 2 refried beans.

I visited this location and I paid for the meal and tip by credit card. After I received the credit card statement, I found that an additional tip amount was added without my approval. I have called the restaurant 3 times (one time asking for the owner) and have also sent an email, with no response or explanation. After all this effort and no response, I do not think this restaurant plans to reimburse me. At this point I am just going to write this off this as a place to avoid in the future. If the restaurant wants to call me back or respond to my email, I will consider removing this review. After 3 calls and an email were not returned, I definitely do not plan to call or email them again.
