Went here while on a Savannah food tour and tried an empanada, a pineapple mojito, and a dulce de leche cookie. All very good. Would recommend.

This place is a great low key spot for good drinks and food. The empanadas are crispy and stuffed full of meat and the mojitos are made fresh. I mean you literally watch them muddle the mint with lime. And the top it off with a piece of sugar cane. The music makes you long for a sandy beach and the sun on your skin. I felt like I was transported home to Puerto Rico. This is definitely a bit of a hole in the wall but the inside is much bigger than it appears. As you enter you see the bar and are greeted by the staff. I love how friendly everyone is and hearing the favorites of others. If you're a lover of authentic mojitos this is your spot!

We went here for the empanadas, which are delicious! We visited it 3 times during our recent stay in Savannah. Our favorite were the chicken and pork. They ran out of pork in the afternoon each day, so we were lucky to get them once. They also make a yummy version of Mexican corn served in a bowl, which perfectly complements the empanadas. The mojitos are great too! If you want a snack or small meal, and want to avoid the long waits at other places, give this place a try. It's delicious!

Such a cute speakeasy. The lights and general decoration are so cool, and the drinks were amazing. Came with a big group of friends on a pretty lively Friday night and was able to easily score a table.
Went to a speed dating event there on Valentine's day. It was a nice set up in the back, like a speakeasy. Never knew that part existed back there.

The place was amazing and I love the food, but the bartender in La Aparacion was really drunk giving us an overall bad experience, my group and I had to leave because he was making us feel really uncomfortable, specially the tour guideNot everything was bad, because before entering La Aparicion the bartender in the front was amazing and the mojito was really tasty
