My sister and I have only been to Moe's a few times, and always unsure what we want to eat. Jerry Johnson, Asst Manager was making our food today. He was so friendly and re-assuring that our confusion was no problem, he was there to make it a great experience, and it was. He made suggestions and explained what was in each bin, he just made it so easy for us to feel comfortable and joked with us. We really enjoyed the lunch and that was mainly due to Jerry's welcoming demeanor. It is unusual today to find people who want to work and enjoy their job. People everywhere don't want to work and make the experience miserable. Jerry Johnson is a great asset to your business, and I will return because of his great attitude. Thank you Jerry, I hope Moe's knows they have a great employee and take good care of you, so you will be there the next time we visit!!

When I saw this Moe's got such a low score, I thought I must be wrong. I love Moes! But this one is the exception. It barely gets a 2 stars in my book. I ordered a $10 salad and was surprised when they changed me $17+. It barely had lettuce. The meat was old and dry. Sooooo disappointing! Corporate should check this site out and make some changes.

Food is normally pretty good. Service quality changes depending on who's working. Sometimes the environment's really clean, and other times it looks like they haven't cleaned in hours. Overall the price is good, good variety, and free chips and salsa. My only complaint is that you don't know if it's going to be a good experience or a subpar one with each visit.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it's accessible
Horrible!!!! Went last night me and my family. It was around 8:00 , they had no fresh rice. Everything was empty on there bar. The guy in blue shirt am assuming the manager on duty. Said they wasn't cooking any more Rice. It was only 8:00 y'all don't close until 9. I'll never go back at this location. Was not greet when we entered the doors.

The manger was very rude when I walked in. He didn’t speak when I spoke to him the meat was dry and he didn’t want to give me the right proportion like he wanted to eat the food himself.

Moe's tastes great and the workers are all very friendly however the restaurant ( including the woman's restroom) is getting dirtier with each visit. I went about a week and a half ago to get my usual veggie wrap and the cilantro rice was partly uncooked and I unfortunately cracked one of my recent fillings as a result of biting into the hard, uncooked rice and had to make an emergency trip to my dentist to get my filling replaced. I will not be returning here again.

Placed a catering order for a corporate event and the rep delivering the order had NO CART to move the very heavy large order. It was a long walk from the parking lot to the conference room. The rep made many trips with many heavy items. The set up was beautiful and the rep was incredibly professional. It’s inexcusable to expect one person to hand carry a catering order.
