Normally, I would give it four stars, but the server today made a mistake in my order, which took 35 minutes to correct while my wife finished her food and I just just sat there, then she said she would take it off the bill, which she did not.

Our server Q took great care of us and made great recommendations. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant was well kept and the service was speedy. I enjoyed my experience and highly recommend if you’re looking for something in the outskirts of the downtown Savannah area.

The food is absolutely AMAZING!! And the portions are huge! I had the pancake sampler with a side of bacon. Hubby had the corned beef hash with eggs. Everything is made in house and you can definitely tell-- none of that canned stuff here! Jamie was our server and she was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. She definitely takes pride in her job.
This was a place we will return for the awesome card cake omelette my girlfriend and I really enjoyed it. I also enjoyed my peanut butter chips pancakes. We'll probably call in the order if possible as the wait was long. The waitress was nice. The place was packed.

If you want an eggs benedict with hard yolks look no further than the pancake house! When I asked for a refund I was told I could only get the food replaced, after already coming home with my messed up order. When I asked for a different item because I no longer wanted an eggs Benedict I was told I couldn't get anything different. You're better off learning how to cook eggs runny and buying your own English muffins and Canadian bacon. 14 dollars for hard cooked eggs and stringy chewy ham. Yay!

We were there for two hours. Gave us butter and syrup and didn’t get food maybe like 30mins later. Understandably they had A LOT of ppl here. So we expected good food for the amount of people that came for brunch. I ordered a rare steak and a garden eggs Benedict and my bf got an apple pancake. The apple pancake was HUGE. He dug in and it was semi burnt on the outside and doughy in the middle. The uncooked dough overpowered the apples. The eggs Benedict was mid. I barely ask the second one. It was mushy and had no flavor. The steak was over cooked (medium) I took it back and they apologized and they gave me a borderline raw steak. They asked if i want them to reheat it. But we have been there for 2 hours and I refused and asked for the check. They still charged me $15 for the steak. I told the people checking me out and they said “sorry it’s management and you took it back multiple times” it was once. The second time I just refuse to eat it because I was annoyed by the service and atmosphere and by the mid food we waited so long for. Also while we waited my friend went up to go to the bathroom and the bust boy did Not Wash his hands. So as we ate the food that kept coming into mind and I felt uneasy. I usually don’t give a lot of bad reviews but me and the table was just unsatisfied.

On 4-3-2024 a hostess in your restaurant was, very un organized. She tried to seat us at at table that had not been bused; and started wipe-ing the crumbs off on the floor with a paper napkin. When she was advised that there was another table two table back, she promptly said that it was being held for someone else. She was advised that table would not be exceptable andwere seated at another table after; another waitress told her it was not ready for use and to seat us at another table. We were under the impression that reservations were not needed. We had completed our meal and was ready to walk out when another couple came in and she promptly seated them; all the while make other customers wait for a table when one was available that could have been utilized. NOW on the other hand out server (Jamie) was excellent. She was very friendly and extremely attentive to us. She made our bad experience a whole lot better. You need more workers like her. It was because of Jamie that we will give the Pancake House another try. Sure hope that the next time the service on both end will be great.B.Brown

We had breakfast here two days while we were in Savannah on vacation. The food was delicious, and the service was even better. The coffee was exceptional. I'm sorry, now that I am back in Waco, that I didn't try the "Dutch Baby." I was just too full! The waffles were a special treat as well. Really, everything was just the way we ordered it, and there was plenty!
The food was good even though our sides came before our actual meal. Would of liked it better if our sides came out 2nd instead of 1st because we waited quite a bit for our main dish. Our side was 3 pancakes which we eat all of and I had time to use the restroom before our main food came out. Besides that everything was good. Staff was nice, seated our big group of 10 quickly. Waitress was on top of everything and was very nice.
