Really used to love this place. Something has changed with this particular one. I don't like that if you order online and pick it ùp...still got a long wait as if you stood in the long line for people that come in to order. Your order may not be ready, and that's another long wait. There is no organization to the order by app and pick up. The amount of food is significantly less when I have ordered thr the app. I feel that if I have to pay 9 or 10 dollars ,then 9 or 10 dollars worth of food should be in my container. Some servers are good with the amount that should be given. Lately, my last dinners tasted bad.

Was disappointed to walk in 40 minutes before closing and be told they were not making anymore Honey Walnut Shrimp for the night. That was what I was craving so I left. Just FYI you may want to get to this location at least an hour before they close to ensure you can order what you want.

Please note that the one star is for food only. The place was spotless and the service was friendly, even cheerful! But the food... Egg rolls are not the worst we've ever had, but that's not saying much. They have a lot of pork, but there's nothing special about them, and the sweet and sour sauce has an odd flavor we can't identify. Orange Chicken has a very thick, hard batter and no real orange flavor. Black Pepper Beef likewise has no black pepper flavor, and includes harsh onions and some green stems of something impossible to chew. Fried Rice is steamed, not fried, and has no flavor at all except for the cubes of old, woody carrot. Now, we don't know if the Panda Express chain has gotten bad everywhere, or just this location. Our first Panda Express, in Kalispell, MT, was excellent. There was one in the Carolinas that was very good, and one in Statesboro, GA as well. And none of the food here seemed dangerous, or unwholesome. It just wasn't very good. So we can't say that we'll never eat at a Panda Express again. But if we do, it will probably not be this one.

I have to give three stars for the service and food due to how often this particular Panda Express shorts me on the chow mein serving. I go to Panda Express all over Georgia and rarely have this experience, so it makes me believe this is something that is intentional.

Love their chow mein noodles. The apple rolls a nice,and I hope they become a permanent part of their menu. The chili crisp shrimp are pretty good,but I was hoping for a little bit more chili flavor. I like most of the selections they have, and seasonal specials keep things interesting.
