Went out for some food late hadn't had their food in awhile so I stopped in. Place had a new sign, but the inside was still fairly dumpy, though that is aside from the point. Ordered a burger, medium, because who gets a burger any less than that? Got the food and cut the burger in half because it's easier to eat. The inside was pink and raw, not even halfway to medium . The bar picked up so I waited to get their attention, even pushed the plate towards their side so they would notice. Waited like 1o minutes and said F it and just walked out. Done trying this place.

food was very cold and not fresh at all!! service was okay but i wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and when i brought attention to the food being cold and not fresh they ignored it lol!! owner was walking around. There were only two tables and use and she did not even have the nerve to check on the table. After I had my meal made two times over terrible service in my opinion, and these other reviews seem to think the same!!! Don’t order water from here because it is not filtered either! and they dont care?

Food was mediocre at best. The server was nice but slower than molasses going up hill. My date waited 10 minutes for a straw after waiting who knows how long for our drinks.

Stopped for a couple drinks and dinner. Sat at bar. Sunday evening. Waited on quick, asked if ready to order but we wanted to relax awhile. Ordered another drink and asked to order Togo. Bartender took our order and we waited a little to long for our food to come out. Seemed like we pissed him off ordering Togo. Thought no problem as we were watching football, then we were done with our drinks, he brought our Togo bag out and sat it in front of us and waited on 2 other patrons and went to stock room before giving us our bill. In the meantime had a shot with one of the patrons. Sorry but come on, you should have gave us our bill along with our order when you dropped it off. Food was nothin* to write home about. Small salad for 15.50 quesadilla Didn’t have much in it for 16.90. Like the locals vibe, but service sucked!

I have never had a bad meal here. The service is always welcoming and friendly. The whole vibe is very close to "Cheers." There are locals that are greeted by name, there is a pool table, and lots of TV screens for games. I highly recommend Rachael's to anyone, and always take my family and friends when they visit.The only reason the atmosphere rating is a 3 is due to the string restroom smell throughout the building, however I do believe this is because of sewer work happening on the street.

Service declined so much in last few visits as well as management. Manager hangs out at bar vaping with other staff. Couldn't even get waitress back for 2nd beer. It's a shame, used to be our go to neighborhood hang out with 2 other couples. Lost 6 customers.
