We had a great experience with Tybee Seafood Market! Had 15 lbs of shrimp, corn, potatoes and sausage and it was excellent! It was even delivered! Highly recommend!!!

I was there towards the end of June from WI bought 5 lbs head on the best day be ever had. came to WI shared the rest with a few local Reastaurant owner friends who enjoyed the heck out of them and really wished they could get shrimp that fresh from there suppliers so i surprised them went back 2 weeks later and bought 30 lbs and returned to WI. Planning on a return trip or maybe have Steve shop them to me flash frozen. awesome guy. and says it like it is. so if you get offended easily. be warned. respect goes along way! as a business owner myself Steve and I shared a few stories of our own with rude customers.

Picked up seafood on our last visit to the area. Was super excited to go to Scuba Steve's but won't be going back again. The selection was mediocre than we paid extra to get Jumbo shrimp and now that we are cooking found very few jumbo. Out of our 3 lbs, maybe one pound jumbo the other 2lbs small to medium at best. We also purchased scallops that we are now wondering if they might have been bad since they didn't cook right but tasted ok.Not a good impression

Everyone was super helpful, answered our questions, and were very nice. And the shrimp were fresh (only a few hours old) and at a good price.We provided our own cooler - they weighed the shrimp and scopped them into the cooler for us. And we then scooped the ice (free / they have an ice machine) to keep them cold for the drive back to Atlanta.When we visit Savannah / Tybee Island next year for vacation, we will be stopping by again for more fresh shrimp.

I've gotten shrimp from there many times and will continue to do so, but the last 2 times I've bought shrimp there I've paid for jumbo and gotten medium at best. I don't mind paying the price for the jumbo I just want the get jumbo.

We were able to pre-order 5 lb of great fresh shrimp there. All the staff we encountered were fun to deal with. Lots of other good looking seafood was available.
He has some of the best fresh shrimp around. Steve catches them straight from the ocean and they taste like it too. He does have other seafood when in season and his prices are reasonable. I will going back.
