Got my order wrong 3 times. Not sure where the miscommunication was but I’ve never had such a hard time getting my child a kids meal and myself some popcorn chicken.

When my lovely girlfriend and I decided to go to Sonic Drive-In, we expected burgers, fries, and shakes, but we never expected to have the most romantic evening of our lives. When we arrived at stall number 8, we pressed the red button. And then we talked about our life together, and how we met, and the time she spilled capers and mustard on my brand new tie, and our future together, and what we would name our children. And then we realized that 18 minutes had passed without anyone taking our order. I went inside to seek assistance. And that is where I encountered the most charming, professional, and devoted young man I have ever met. He wore a smart black hat, which cast a shadow over his gentle brown eyes and freshly ironed red shirt. I approached the youngster and said, "I am just waiting in the stall, and I was wondering --" "We are not taking stall orders," he interjected, earnestly, as he muted his headset with delicate fingers. "How can I order?" I asked. "Go to the drive through," he said, gracefully gesturing towards the speaker and menu sign. "Absolutely, I replied. "And thank you sir." We then proceeded to the drive through speaker, excited for the second chapter of an already unusually dignified fast food experience. When we arrived at the drive-through intercom, we paused for a moment, and listened to our hearts beat expectantly, echoing in the silence of our red Dodge Charger. After a fleeting 10 minutes that felt like a lifetime of magnificent waiting, a poised young woman bursted through the front door of the Sonic Drive-In, and said "can you pull up to the window?" "Absolutely," we responded, in awe of an evening we never could have imagined only half an hour earlier. We waited at the window, and after only several minutes, the young man who had so graciously welcomed me to Sonic Drive-In reappeared, this time to ask, "what would you like?" "We would like cheesy fries, mozzarella sticks, and a cheeseburger," we replied. After a sigh, he explained, with a sadness too deep for his years, that the truck that was supposed to deliver mozzarella sticks had not arrived, and reassured us that it would arrive the next day. We nodded, told him we understood, and requested cheesy tots in their place. After 10 more minutes sitting in silence, in love, in our red Dodge Charger at the Sonic Drive-In drive-through pickup window, we rolled away into the night, headlights glowing behind us, competing with the stars. Five stars, that is. Bravo.

The person in the drive through could not stoop laughing to take my order. The diet cherry limeade was my reason for going and they no longer serve it. I will not return for greasy fried food and a diet coke. I can get that

Pretty sure workers stole my debit card information. They took my card instead of letting me put it in my machine and a DAY later I've got 150+ dollars in charges to my account. Shady as hell. Don't go here, also their ice cream machines weren't even freaking working, how are you gonna steal my bank details and not even provide me with a milkshake. That's so lame.If anyone is wondering I called that Sonic line and they did ..... Nothing! :^D yep just don't go here.

Put an order in the app and waited 20 minutes for someone to bring our drinks out. Finally went to the drive through. No apologies or anything.

Every time I have tried to go here in the last month they have been out of something. Chicken, slush ice, ice cream, etc.

This place don't deserve a star at all. Order was wrong, waited 15 minutes for it, after correcting my order, the food was cold and when I asked for a receipt, the lady who works there said they ran out of paper receipt.

Just waited in line for ice cream for 15 minutes. We were noticed, at about 13 minutes of sitting at the intercom the girl working the window came outside and asked us to back up and pull forward so we would trigger the intercom again. So we did. Waited another minute and we were still ignored. We also heard the girl working the intercom tell the only people getting service tonight that they get free food because the people in front of us drove off. I also tried calling this location just to see if they were doing anything, and again no answer. So to who it matters your workers are literally just there not doing anything productive. It is a shame. This is Thursday night around 8:30 9/28/23.

Can't always expect the best from sonic but the food always tastes like its been sitting for a day, and somehow they take 30 minutes to get your food even if you use the drive through.
