We ordered online before I verified arrived. The instructions were to pull into any stall and press the button which I did. I then sat for more than 5 minutes with no response to the button at all. If they were busy I would have understood but I was the only car in a stall and there were only 3 in the drive through and maybe one inside. I finally gave up and exited the stall and took my chances at the drive thru. There were 3 cars ahead of me when I got there but I was at the speaker and able to tell them I was there to pick up my online order. After 3 or 4 minutes they were finally handing food and drinks out to the first car. When that car pulled off and we began to move up the car directly ahead of me decided it wasn't worth the wait and they pulled off. It only took 2 or 3 minutes for them to give food to the car ahead of me. I saw the person who had been working the window walk off as I pulled up to the window. I sat there for 5 minutes before anyone came over. The kid was nice enough and understood that the car ahead of me pulled off without paying or picking up but I now have nearly $50.00 and over 30 minutes spent on Sonic. It's never been super fast but they need to do better than this.

Vitaysia & her other two co workers had me sitting at the red button for about 25 mins , one of her co workers came out and brought another customer they’re order not once did she let me know that where I was parked at the red button didn’t work , instead she allowed me to sit there and continuously press the red button , when I pulled to the drive Through to let her know what was going on she ignored what I said & told me to go ahead with my order after that I paid for my food and they told me to pull up when I pulled up a white charger was infront of me one of the girls came out and gave the man in the charger his food he left so I pulled up some more and waited after fifteen minutes of waiting I noticed that the man behind me had gotten his food & I didn’t that made me think they were being funny so I got out of my car and went inside my food was sitting on the counter and the first thing vitaysia said was “ is this your food ? “ why was my food sitting on the counter waiting for me to come inside to get it when I came through DRIVE THRU meaning it was suppose to be given to me at the window very disappointed and highly disgusted wouldn’t dare recommend this sonic and what’s sad is a shift leader or manager was present during this incident and she didn’t do anything but laugh this establishment needs to be closed down immediately poor service

I used to come much more frequently than I have been recently, but tonight when I came through I met Tay and they were awesome. Very nice and very sweet and doing a great job as a new manager! The person who took my order was wearing airpods and got my drink flavor wrong but I’m not upset about that. I just also work in fast food and don’t like people wearing earphones haha. I’ve had lots of great experiences here before too so thanks guys :)

Ordered 3 peanut butter bacon burgers with tots and peanut butter bacon shakes. $42.60 later the shake machine is down and the shakes are replaced with fountain drinks, the tots are mixed with fries and I get 3 single patty cheeseburgers. I guess they were short on hamburger patties and peanut butter too.

I asked for an Oreo Chocolate master shake and they gave me an Oreo Cheesecake master shake. Close but no cigar. I drank what they gave me but try to get people's orders correct. Not everyone is as as nice as I am.Parking: It was raining that day so there was plenty of parking.

This Sonic has the cutest little dining room ever! (went in to pick up my order bc it was cold and i didn’t want the workers here to freeze bringing my food out). The food was nice and hot, delicious, and i got three different items for less than $10! The young boy at the register was very sweet! Thank you guys :)

Idk if the cook was new, but he got my order wrong nearly 3 times and gas isn't cheap! Something told me to check my food, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt twice and I shouldn't have. I haven't had sonics in months and time to go back on another hiatus for some more months, what a cheat day.The manager was polite and helped me with a smile throughout the whole process the grade would've been lower, but she was understanding and respectful.

I drove up at about 6:15pm (dinner time?). The Sonic sign was dark; one car in a stall; one car at the drive thru. Seemed like there were only two people working. What's up with this place? I certainly don't trust the food! How could it possibly be fresh with little to no rotation? ?

Food here is good and the wait time isn't that bad either. However, I do recommend checking your bag every time you order from here as order accuracy here is their weak point. They got something wrong on our order the past 2-3 times we've been here. The reciept is correct so it wouldn't be the drive-thru cashier. If they can teach their cooks to start reading the ticket all the way they'll be good to go.
