We're willing to cut some slack, but let's be clear: 34 minutes without drinks or appetizers isn't a good standard. Three tables in the restaurant and that level of service was awful.

My first time, taken by a friend that has been there over the past 5 years. It was good, but I would try it again before I finished my assessment. The menu was short and varied - great. The service was prompt and friendly. The presentation of the food was well done. However, my Pork Chop was a tad bit gristly. The blackened tuna was very blackened, which I like, but not my friend. Overall nice/great. Atmosphere was perfect. One thing - the noise was horribly loud when the place was full. They have too many hard surfaces that bounce the soundwaves, and it was noticeably hard to hear. I will try again. I'm giving at a 3.75

We had a delicious meal at St. Neo's last night. The seafood is always fresh and the oysters from Massachusetts were incredible! The entrees, wine and cocktails were equally delicious. I love the ambiance of the restaurant. The teal walls are so soothing and add a romantic vibe. Matt, our waiter, was fantastic, as always! His attentiveness, skill and personality add a whole new dimension to the definition of "outstanding service"! He was managing a large number of tables last night, including a bachelorette party, and never missed a beat! We will be back soon!

We stopped for some creme brulee after seeing a review on Google. I expect creme brulee to be light custard with a crunchy, toasted sugar topping. This missed the mark. The entire dessert tasted like rubber. Two drinks and dessert came to almost $60 so I'd have skipped this had I to do it over again.

Food was ok, I had the scallops and it lacked some flavour. For dessert we had the creme brulee and the flavour was good but the top was runny and not toasted, the texture was off as well.

We went for lunch as we were stopping in Savannah on our way down to Florida. The lunch menu sounded inspiring and tasty even though a bit limited. We were originally coming for oysters, fish and seafood, the menu presented on the street had no mention that it was only served for dinner.Nobody greeted us at the door nor did they showed us which table to go to, we had to ask and take initiative. The waitress was quick to bring food menus but there was no beverage menu. The crab bisque was delicious and the salmon niçoise very fresh. The dessert was a complete disaster, they came out missing half of the ingredients because (I quote) “we don’t serve dessert at lunch”. Ice cream Sunday had no caramelized pecan and the hot fudge was intentionally replace by a drizzle of Hershey’s chocolate sauce, no whipped cream.. $13 and the $15 cheesecake came with no blueberry compote at all, we had to ask for it and in the end it wasn’t even blueberries but a mixed berries sauce. So disappointing. The place has so much potential.

We had a beautiful and delicious dinner at St. Neo’s! The host kindly greeted us and seated us at a beautiful bistro table overlooking Bay Street. Our server, Heather, was wonderful from start to finish. We ordered the butter board, steak frites and catch of the day. Everything was delicious, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. We already can’t wait to come back!

Best meal I had in Savannah. Wine list, crab Sherry soup, Brussel sprouts with a beautiful creamy feta, steak and frites ribeye that France would be proud of. Jerome and Caroline were exceptional servers/bartenders!

Overall, great experience. We had a 6pm reservation. Service by Matt was excellent. He was friendly, good conversation, attentive to our needs, overall a wonderful server. The decor is beautiful. When seated, it was my wife and I and 2 other couples. It did get a bit loud once more people came to be seated.Food - she crab soup was delicious. Drinks were delicious. Had halibut with potatoes. Also good but a tad bland, needed more flavor and more of the sauce which was delicious.Quality of the food is good, though a bit pricey for the lack of flavor and small portions.I've come to find this to be the case in many restaurants in Savannah - on the side of bland and over priced, it's not just this one.I would go back to try something different because I saw dishes being brought to other tables and they looked great.

The place has an upscale feel and a very limited menu... which is okay if you really knock those few items out of the park. I ordered the salmon salad nicoise, which sounded great and was recommended by the waitress. The salad came with neither eggs, nor green beans as advertised (and as required for a salad nicoise). It was really just a very small piece of fish on a side portion of tossed salad.

We really enjoyed our experience at St. Neo's. The short rib appetizer was incredible. We had the Pork Chop and Chicken Normandy...wow! We were pleasantly surprised. The meal flavors were well seasoned and complimentary. Portions were just right. Our reservation was early evening when the restaurant opened. The staff was timely and helpful with suggestions. Tylor was our server and was very knowledgeable. We would dine there again!

made the reservation weeks in advance for a friends birthday, was sat downstairs because they over booked, service was very underwhelming and wouldn't split checks correctly because they were too busy. wouldn't come back.
