Servers are disrespectful I went there a couple days ago to get a sandwich they didn't give me all my toppings they didn't give me my bag of chips and the person who served me my meal was very disrespectful and saying disrespectful things underneath his breath while making my stuff the whole entire time and then when I try to get it resolved the GM was not concernedUnfortunately there were all minorities along with myself which is sad because it makes you realize why we have such issues with achieving respect and growth in our community

The order was a mobile order and still had to wait 15 min to receive it. The employees were doing their best with only 2 people on duty. The gentleman was taking phone orders and mobile orders that were present had to wait (3 including myself). The place has gone to the dogs since I first moved here in 2019. I would’ve returned back to the store but I was headed to an appointment. The pizza was flat and rubbery. Not the hand tossed that I was expecting. The cookies were burnt and hard. Again, all of this was noticed after I left. I don’t blame the workers I blame the owners and management. The 2 months ago they ran out of pepperonis , they were so busy the same 2 people were trying to do everything. Food handling rules we broken (I.e. not washing hands after handling money, coughing over food without a mask, etc). This is a neighborhood staple and it’s a shame that I have to go downtown for better quality pizza from the same establishment. The prices went up but the quality went way down at the King George location.Parking: Ample parking and close to the door .

From out of town and ordered a 1/2 pep and half cheese extra cheese. Supposed to be done at 6:00. Got the pizza at 615 but they didn't have it right. Offered to remake or just give me cookies. I didn't want to wait so took the cookies and wrong pizza back. The pizza wasn't cut through, it was cold, and the bottom tasted like cookies. The cookies were burnt on the outside and doughy in the middle. Would not recommend

Are 0 stars possible? This place is an absolute mess and needs to be shut down. I've been in to this place about 4-5 times over the last 2 months and all the workers are so rude and careless and have 0 clue what's going on at all. Prices are cheap but the place is disgusting and the workers are so disgustingly rude I felt like I was picking up food from a jail cafe. I'll never be back to this nasty place. Should be shut down

My first visit here wasn’t too bad. But my second one the pizza was super doey, and was cut in 8 different size pieces. Worst tasting ? this time I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and just order cheap little Caesar’s.

Best Pizza in town and Great service. I turned around to tie my shoes and my pizza was coming out the oven. Very friendly staff. I think I'll eat lunch here again. ?

Took the 20 minutes for someone to come up to the front and ask what I needed. I would have thought they were closed honestly if other customers weren't there. Then they said my pick-up order was picked up by someone else. Refused refund or a remake. They were extremely rude. This place needs to work on customer service or hire better employees.

Ordered 18 in meat pizza . Received 14 inch. Orderd garlic knots didn't come with marinara sauce. Only 14 inch vegetables pizza was good but very hard crust.Spent $91.00 dollars. Plus tip i paid cash and on credit card. What a disappointment.Called right away to let restaurant know. Manager will call back. No one did. Called back straight to voice-mail.Preety sad.

Wish I could give this place a 0, but a 1 will suffice. Ordered an 18 inch meat lovers pizza, garlic knots and a 14 inch veggie pizza, and the total was about $100. When the food arrived the size of the meat lovers was wrong, we got a 14 inch instead of the 18, the garlic knots did not have any marinara like we asked and the veggie pizza was hard as a rock. We called and respectfully voiced our concerns and were told we would get a call back, but never did. We then called again and our number went straight to voicemail. I would not recommend this place aa the customer service was horrible and the pizza followed. I'd probably just go to a Pizza Hut instead. What really sucked was the fact that it was $100 and we did not even receive a call back.
