Nobody at this location knows what they’re doing, take ample time to do simple tasks and are NEVER prepared for lunch rush. As a customer who eats here almost daily I’m tired of wasting my lunch time because they aren’t trained properly or prepared. Management needs to do better.

I had a foot-long tuna sub yesterday, and a foot-long tuna meal today the food is awesome. The service is awesome. I also had an oatmeal cookie. It was probably the best cookie I’ve had in a long time.

I’m new to the area. Subway has always been one of my favorite places to eat. The customer service I received today was awful. Your employee gave the impression I was bothering or disturbing them. Although I was the only customer. Since when does Subway not provide a receipt. Worst experience ever at Subway.

They really hate online orders , every online order I've made is thrown together like a bowl of crap. In store , I always get a decently made sandwich. Would like to recommend a local area place w limited options in the immediate area but I really can't based on that particular view because it's the real reflection of the standards

This location is disgusting every time I go in this store I'm being watched and judged I used to work here but they did so many things wrong like having 25 packs of rotisserie chicken in the cooler at once never having it in the freezer right along with the steak after coming out of the truck frozen. They will leave the cooler and freezer doors open for hours letting the freezer hit over 30 degrees F when it is supposed to be 0 and the cooler at 40 to 60 when it's supposed to be 35 they take the cutting boards off at 5 after the inspector is not allowed to come in there is more than that but i will not say anymore the managers name is Shaina the company's name is Chattanooga subway LLC the AM is Lisa Kessler

One of the best Subway shops I have been to. The Sunday evening lone staff member (wish I got her name) was extremely helpful and polite. The sandwiches ordered were perfectly made.

Sorry, but this location has REALLY gone downhill. If Jessica makes your sandwich it's good ?. But lately so many new people don't know how to do it. You get jipped on the meat on the 6" sub, only 2 slices of tomatoes and cucumbers. They smash down the bread before & after making & now the sweet onion sauce has a teraki sauce added to it & tastes awful. Went to a competitor today- different name- & THAT was how a sub should taste. Won't be going to Subway anymore.

They don't follow the door dash instructions at all. I didn't want my sub toasted, even chose the option for it not to be toasted......now I'm eating hard crunchy bread. I don't know why I pay so much for y'all to mess up my sandwich, and this isn't the first time either....last time, about a couple months ago, they didn't even out the meat on our subs.....literally sent us bread and condiments.....I thought the new management would get better employees. But I guess it's just today's workforce who just don't care. I never even got told " sorry" I had to tell them to remake sandwiches and the kid stared at me like I was insane.
