This was my first time at this establishment so I didn't know what to expect. I was also really hungry and I need of food. I went in around 630p on a Friday. It wasn't too busy inside. Only 1 other parson was in front of me. The young man who helped me was really nice and patient as I made my selections. The other team members weren't as inviting. No hello or smiles. Quite a few tables were still dirty considering they weren't busy at the time. My food was great! Overall I'd consider coming back due to the food and the one really nice team member.

The staff at 6pm are incredibly rude, unprofessional, lazy and have no respect for the customers. Too busy flirting and chatting to get food out. Also the chips we got were chewy and rubbery. All three bags of chips. Very disappointed and will not visit this location again due to the staff.

Visited tonight with my tennis team and Trevor and his entire staff did an awesome job accommodating my team and staff. All the food tasted phenomenal and we will be definitely coming back again next time we are down this way!

Great food but they never have all ingredients. I spent an entire lunch break in line waiting for my food. It’s middle of the week middle of the day- either order more ingredients next time or make some more. However the one day they had the area managers working the line, food was great, all ingredients were available, line was fast. Clearly the service they are hiring locally is not trained well or doing their job well.

This place used to be baller. However, each time I've been in lately, the overall experience just declines & declines & declines. If ya'll have ever been to the barbs that was on Habersham-- lets just say it is approaching that level of craziness.Todays visit- First, the restaurant is filthy. Hard to find a clean table. Serving station is a mess. Drinks out of order. I accidentally dropped a salsa- went to wipe it with a paper towel & the white paper towel literally came up black from the floor being so dirty. Disgusting. Other customers saw me do it & were horrified as well.2- they were very busy, HOWEVER, service was extremely disorganized. The employees are running like maniacs behind the counter- to the back etc its like they have zero system to manage when supplies need to be refilled, things cleaned or customers helped. Noone appears to know what they are doing. Who has time to wash hands when that madness is happening? noone. Handling food, register, supplies, etc. Yuck.3- the online order system is an absolute joke. I placed my order to be picked up by 12. I arrived at 12:01. A girl had been waiting for over 20 minutes already ahead of me. Not a single time did an employee acknowledge the large group of us that became backed up waiting on online orders. I understand rush of lunch hour, & online orders is a convenience-- so ok, we wait. People repeatedly had to ask the cashier for updates & she had no idea what to say. She just kept saying it'll come.... well then another lady came in she said her group order for a lunch was supposed to be picked up at 11:40 or 11:45. It was 12:20 -- she had already asked multiple times. FINALLY she asked another employee & he literally goes to the back and gets part of her order??? again- extremely disorganized. I left with my food about 12:30. Food was soggy falling apart & cold. So, it apparently HAD been made on time but noone even knew, or realized where it was???? I understand that it is a balance with Door Dash, app orders, in person customers, etc... & online ordering is a convenience.... but like why even have the online available if you cannot handle it??? Luckily I had time to wait, but then I waited for no reason & the food wasn't even good. The woman with the group order missed their lunch hour.Get it together.If I have another experience like this, I will not be returning.

Ordered from DoorDash and super disappointed. Requested grilled items arrived raw, no side of cilantro lime rice, and neither sauce on the side provided. After a long a day of travel, really disappointing.
This restaurant has problems! We went during the after church rush on a Sunday afternoon and waited about 40 minutes in line for food. The line was only 15 people. There were only three staff. The staff that were there did their best, but too many of us, not enough of them. Hygiene was not the best plus point either when looking at the back which we had had plenty of chance to do! No chicken no pork. Very disappointing.
