This place treats patrons like criminals. The security team are hostile, aggressive and should be nowhere near hospitality, maybe a prison..The staff working are some of the rudest and incompetent I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant or takeout. They forgot our order which meant waiting 30 minutes for a pizza to which they then denied we ordered even after proof of payment. Turns out the person who served me went on break after taking our order and didn’t communicate to the other 4/5 people working. Then told we could not wait inside any longer for the pizza by the security because ‘we probably ordered something too complicated and should have just ordered a slice of something that was already made…?’ (Ordered 1 standard pepperoni pizza $25) told to stand in one spot and not move or we would be removed. Staff then laughed that we were having to wait so long.Outside feels unsafe with people loitering around all the surrounding alleyways and front. When I asked the security guard why they are treating everyone this way he said, I’ve watched six people die here in the last six months. Well sir your aggressive handling of people is an act of violence itself. You are all victims of your own actions and create an atmosphere of fear and hatred. If there’s so much crime centred around this sketchy pizza place then they should not be allowed to operate. What a shame Savannah has your restaurant bringing down the whole southern hospitality vibe of the city.Don’t get me wrong I’m from big cities and I’m no stranger to late night takeouts having security. But this team of clowns are an insult to Savannah.Never again.

Extremely the most rudest staff for a restaurant I have ever stepped into. . You are not allowed inside until they give you permission. Like we are standing in line to go in a night club. It’s a pizza line to order a slice or pie! You also cannot eat inside. Very rude staff and rushing you out the door. Took a bite of pizza inside establishment and got yelled at! Definitely overpriced for what you get. We will never go back. We do not recommend

I like the chill atmosphere, and consistent vibe. You get what you came for and its not overpriced and commercialized. Today there was security at the door.( Bye commercializers of Plant district (and those districts in other cities) insisting on exploiting the older generation and other people, and making everything "froo froo" and offering No organic experience at all).

Ordered a customized pizza, had no idea on the price of the toppings. It would be an okay $30 pizza but definitely not worth for a $45 pizza. The crust was wet in the center, and meat balls were not good at all for $8.71. While there is no reason to argue about the price because it’s our choice to come here, I wouldn’t recommend any of my friends to come here. The waitress was extremely nice though.

Just went to get some dinner. But the employees were standing at the front door smoking weed. She held the door for me with one hand and the weed with the other. We went in. The music was so loud we couldn't talk. The employee then didn't wash her hands threw on some gloves and started handling the food. So we left. Very ghetto place. I don't recommend.

I ordered a slice of pizza this was in the evening and they overcharged me. Also had a handwritten sign that said if you bite into your pizza you will be charged additional fees. The worst service. I also tried to call the location and it goes to voicemail. They had security all over this place definitely sketchy.

Floppy, overpriced pizza that was below average taste. Only thing good about it was it was open late. Wouldn’t go
If you’re drunk choose Kay’s Pizza over Waffle House. The pizza slices are huge! The line moves fast for slices and it may take a little bit if you choose to order a whole pizza. Very small place with no seating inside (only been at night).

Only good if you're super drunk and everything else is closed. Line can get long, 4 slices .+ tip was $29. Easy to feel unsafe here from a ton of teenage loiterers. I've never come here and not had people beg me to buy them a slice. Pizza itself is very greasy. This is a - I'm really drunk but need something in my stomach so I don't have the world's worst hangover, so I think I'll risk getting mugged and wait in a 20 minute line for an unsatisfying greasy slice of pizza - kind of place.

Yep, not so good, ordered two cheese slices and couldn't eat them at around 4:00 PM. Old cold and hard slices of pizza, I mentioned and showed them to the ladies behind the desk but nothing. Not coming back here.

This was some of the worst pizza I’ve had in years. The pizza was swimming in grease, to the point it makes the dough soggy. Since the pizza is too large for the paper plates they serve it on, they fold it over like a sandwich to make it fit. The crust wasn’t cooked enough so you are basically eating half cooked dough.

This place used to be a great spot to grab a slice of pizza in the evening while downtown. Not anymore from what I observed last night. Looks like a local hangout for thugs, blasting obnoxious gangster rap, and the pizza was cold. I honestly didn't feel safe inside the place. I'd think the management would want a better image.
