Great service, "The Tea B*tches" as they like to call themselves, are super knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for a premium tea.

Phenomenal little tea shop with a wide selection, don't be afraid to ask about the teas on the wall behind the counter if the ones on the shelves don't strike your fancy. You can walk in there with no idea what's going on and come out with something amazing that suits your tastes. The staff are super lovely and have an impressively VAST knowledge of teas!! The lady with the bob helped my husband and I out and even let us smell samples of the teas, she found a tea thats exactly like a blend my husband has been looking for for years except its even better. Please go here if you love tea or even if you don't, you will love tea by the time you leave!

Beautifully curated little tea shop with excellent staff who know their tea and know how to brew it well. 10/10.

An excellent selection of teas and a very knowledgeable staff! If you like loose leaf tea, you'll definitely find something you like here. My favorite of the ones I've tried is Tessa's Almond Cookie :)

Visited from out of state. I wanted to try the most expensive white tea on the menu: a hot cup of Snow Shan White. They were very informative and cautioned me that it might be underwhelming for a black tea drinker such as myself. Well,it grew on me! I'm still thinking about that tea now! No sugar, no milk! It had such a warming quality for a cold November day. Wish I had brought some homeThey taught me how to drink their black teas, so I also bought an uncommon black tea blend and some sugar cookies for dipping. Very helpful and could have taught me about anything but I just wanted To bring something unique back with me.I will have to order some more online!

Went there of course to have lunch only to be told are they haven’t had food in years. Do you think they fix the website? Woman just sort of looked at us like what do you expect?

Not exactly what I expected. I would have enjoyed a conversation about the teas. I felt like I was bothering them. My friend loves the place though so maybe it was just me. I am happy with the teas I purchased.

Only loosely nerdy but this kind of n*** likes tea so it’s on the list. Notice the subtle attempt at humor…loosely..tea…dad jokes…We’ve visited Savannah enough to remember when the tea room was in the bookstore that’s also on our n*** crawl. The tea store is now just behind the bookstore but still a fun little nook to visit.

In a quaint corner of Savannah's embrace,A Tea House awaits, promising solace and grace. With a wide selection, teas aplenty to savor,A haven for connoisseurs, a tea lover's flavor.Once you go leaf, you won't go bag,A symphony of flavors, a sensory tag. From classic blends to exotic creations,A tea journey awaits, with endless sensations.Tea pots and brewing wares, a collector's delight,Artistry and functionality, a true tea lover's sight.Choose from their trove, find your perfect vessel,Where beauty and function unite, a tea lover's wrestle. But amidst this charm, a shadow was cast,A lady, unkind, her demeanor so vast.Rude and condescending, she chose to display,An unpleasant encounter, tarnishing the day.Insults thrown at tea choices, a personal attack,Her words laced with disdain, no respect intact.Even my wife, her unkind words did offend,A breach of decorum, a compassionless trend.Yet amidst this sorrow, a flicker of hope,Single cups of tea, a lifeline to cope.To sample and savor, without heavy commitment,An option to explore, to find one's sentiment.Professionalism is key, a reminder to impart,In every interaction, kindness should chart. No patron should endure insults flung their way,A tea house should welcome, with warmth every day.But the tea's selection, a beacon so bright,A reason to return, to bask in its light. For if not for this trove, the best in the town,Elsewhere I'd seek solace, in tea cups not found. In conclusion, a mixed experience we find,The Tea House's potential, yet not fully aligned.A plea to the management, a call to their door,To address the flaws, make the Tea House soar.Let kindness bloom, like the petals of a tea flower,Nurture the atmosphere, with each passing hour. With improvements in service, a welcoming embrace,The Tea House shall flourish, a sanctuary in grace.

We were visiting Savannah (like everyone else) and stopped here to buy some tea. The selection of teas is quite vast, but the staff was incredibly helpful in navigating them, and providing some helpful insight. We tried some teas that were unique to the shop, and really enjoyed the entire process, from learning about tasting notes, to trying some varieties, and ultimately drinking some while we walked around Savannah. The prices are very reasonable for high end teas, either bagged or brewed for a cup in person. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

If you looking for a nice hole in the wall for a T spot, this one is it. It was actually a little difficult to find - but worth it! It's got a cozy and personal atmosphere. Plus, the service was fantastic.

Had a great experience at this charming petite tea room located in the historic area of downtown Savannah. Anastasia was very friendly and patient in helping me to navigate through the impressive selection of loose tea available in the store. Her knowledge of the tea, its properties, history and even sociological associations to tea drinking culture were impressive. To say nothing about just her ability to describe the taste of tea by name off the store’s menu! I had a wonderful time and learned quite a few interesting things related to tea and beyond. Cannot wait to try the tea blends I’ve picked! Very happy to add The Tea Room to my “must go-to” places during my visits of Savannah. If you are a tea lover and want to expand your knowledge about tea, or just to sample different varieties and blends, this is a place to visit. Happy sipping!
