Definitely recommend stopping here if you’re debating it! It was delicious. My husband and I stopped 2 days in a row for their peel and eat shrimp. The butter & their seasoning to use is to die for. The shrimp are large and cooked perfectly to peel easily. The drinks were good, the food was great (we got corn chowder, Cobb salad, and the Cajun tortellini). All very good and our service was good. We definitely will come back. We may be stopping a third day in a row for the peel and eat shrimp to go for the drive home

Crab soup was nice tasting with good texture not too thin or thick, not pieces of crab but good flavor. Crab artichoke dip did have good pieces of crab. The melted cheese became one solid chunk that had to be cut with a knife but it's hard to complain about too much cheese however overall too salty for me. Red fish was blackened and then a bbq glaze overpowered the taste of the fish but was pretty good overall. Solid 3.8 restaurant but not easy to get to if you are driving. Waitress was friendly and attentive. The area is very touristy and the old stone streets are needing some work, would not recommend for anyone using a cane or wheelchair.

Had the Mahi poboy for lunch. It was excellent. It's an old building with history so it looks a little dingy but bathrooms are spotless which tells,alot about cleanliness where it counts like in the kitchen. Will definitely return with friends

My husband & I waited for about 25mins. to get a table. We went out and looked at the river while we waited. I got the French dip & it was so scrumptious! I also got fries and added salt to both after reading someone else’s review and it was so good! Definitely recommend! My husband got the mushroom bacon Swiss and added salt and he said it was delicious as well! He got potato salad and he liked it too. If you are looking for somewhere laid back to go on River Street, stop by here! Our waitress was very sweet. Bless her heart, she didn’t like mayonnaise though.? We know because we both got mayonnaise on our sandwiches.

Came here for dinner on a weeknight. There was about 40 minute wait, but we walked River St in the meantime. It’s bigger inside than I thought. We sat upstairs. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. I ordered the Cajun tortellini and it was everything I hoped for! Rich and mouthwatering. I would absolutely recommend this dish. I actually saw the reviews before with that pasta and that’s was drew me in. I think this is a great choice on River St!
Wow! It was a crowded Friday night and we were seated in just a few minutes. The server was attentive without being annoying. The food was masterfully cooked.
