The food was amazing and so were the servers the only issue I had with it was that the chicken and dumplings had way too much thyme in it but everything else we got was amazing!!

They changed the overall experience from buffet to order and bring to table, but I still very much enjoyed it. Great food, great service.

We attempted to eat there. The staff were reluctant to accommodate and did not did not seem happy. We sat down at a table that needed to be cleaned and the waitress whined it was not clean. I saw a group of waitstaff standing nearby and one of them was looking over shaking her head negatively. So rude and definitely not the southern hospitality we have seen every where else in Savanah. It felt nasty be there. Walked out

I arrived late, opted for dessert. Peach Cobbler was excellent. Sweet, but not too sweet. Tea was good. Nice ambience.

UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS ON GOOGLE. Closing time posted on Google for a Friday night was 10 pm. Arrived at 8:53 pm and was turned away by hostess saying your business closes at 9 pm EVERY NIGHT!

This place was mid at best sorry not sorry! The thing that was most disappointing is that you are forced to buy their family style food (I knew that there would be no way I could finish that much food) but you are not able to just order what u want and despite paying $21.99 per person you are not allowed to take anything to go. I could see if I had asked for seconds and then tried to take it to go but me and my sister are not heavy eaters so the food you brought to my table that I paid for can’t leave with me you sound crazy (I’m showing with a picture how much food that I paid for that they are now throwing in the trash!) What a shame smh with the all the starving people out here why can’t I share what I can’t finish with someone else that’s hungry! Shame on you Paul dean and your crew what a dumb policy! I can promise you I won’t be back and will deter plenty from supporting such a wasteful establishment

Drove from Illinois to Georgia to celebrate my mother in law’s 58th birthday and she wanted to go to Paula Deens restaurant. We were not impressed at All !! The Mac n cheese was cold and lumpy, creamed potatoes were cold. Luckily the fried chicken was hot. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Service good, food not so much!

I know that Paula Deen made a mistake years ago with her racist comments, but let me tell you, I forgive her! I went to visit her restaurant during Saint Patrick Day! The atmosphere was very inviting and our waitresses were a mother and daughter team and they were wonderful! The food was to die for, the family style dinner was amazing! We were not rushed and they kept bringing food! When we left we felt like Paula Deen smacked us in the face with one of those cast iron pans!!We had plans to continue our evening, but we all voted to go home and lay down ?????Paula Deen gave us the business! Whew!

Our group was put downstairs. It is a dump... the walls were nasty and voices bounced off the walls. We had 46 people and most of them do not feel the need to go back. Can't get coffee downstairs, can't get a glass of wine downstairs ?. I have pictures Paula.. maybe you should make it a place people want to be. My basement is nice compared to yours.

Our 45 minute estimated wait was actually 1.5 hours, and we arrived at 1:45. Not worth the wait. Food was good but nothing special.

I was very disappointed in the service and food. We were seated and waiting for our server. The table next to our table was seated after we had already been waiting for about 5 minutes. Their waitress came and serviced them water before our waiter greeted us. I ask the hostess to move my table. She went and advised the waiter and he finally advised I will be with you shortly. I am still waiting for him to come back. I ask to be moved. The new waitress was very nice and attentive to my needs. The food was the worst food I have eaten. I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

My family of 4 came here while in town touring colleges. The 3 stars is an average between all of us. We got there about 30 minutes before they closed on a weeknight. One other table was occupied. Last time we were here was before the pandemic when they had the buffet. My family wasn't impressed with the taste of the food. I loved the catfish though. It was the best I've ever had. Flavorful and crunchy. Even though we came in late we were treated very well by everyone including our server Theresa. She even took time to talk to our son about SCAD and working there while in college. Parking was on the street and we easily found a spot about a block away. I felt the prices were appropriate for the unlisted family style meal. Oh-I'm not a sweet tea drinker but I've never tasted better sweet tea. Wait-the dessert! Still yummy.
