I always ate here when training at FT Stewart. The Fluke and Hush Puppies are awesome, add green beans and the red rice and your meal is set. Service is always great and the vibe is always great.

Wouldn't waste my time. Super OVERPRICED! 4% CC charge. Charge for water. Poor service! Need anymore reasons to go somewhere else. Not even sure they are back open!

They are closed!?!? Very disappointing since I read good review about this place. I was hungry so went to Hooters instead as there is nothing else but fast food around this interchange. :(

Exactly a year ago today my husband and I were traveling from Asheville,NC back home to Ocala,Florida. I seen Shell House restaurant sign from the highway. I love good fish and decided to check it out. The BEST! Fresh food. The service was beyond exceptional. Fast forward today 8:19/23 we’re again back in NC so I decided to call Shell House for their hours for Sunday. We will stop there for lunch. I was disappointed to hear The voicemail say they’re CLOSED due to a fire…… I’m glad to know no one was injured in the fire but I’m also saddened to hear this place has taken such a loss. The food was soooo good. I will definitely be checking for opening dates. We will be back to support this establishment once it returns. God’s Blessings to you all. It’s well worth the drive from Florida.
